This drawbar was clearly used. See the picture. I asked etrailer about it and sent this picture but the person that replied, Noah, thought it must have been bumped around in shipping. If shipping caused this much damage, it's a poor quality product. If it was, in fact, used, then etrailer lied to me. Either way...not good.
Fast and helpful service. They helped me select an alternative to the hitch I originally ordered and it was a good choice. Trailered my track bike on a 300 mile round trip with absolutely no problems
Nice little hitch that I got to use with my new receiver. Seems of good quality, paint and craftsmanship! Worked fine pulling my 4x8 trailer.
The hitch receiver looks great. I just have to install it---which looks also to be an easy job.
The product in terms of its physical description was just fine, dimensions, hole sizes etc. However it came with the appearance of being a used unit. Scratch marks, metal mars and a little rust. Since, after all, it is a ball mount for a trailer hitch it wouldn't be long before I would be responsible for the same look it has now. But it would have been nice if the unit came looking like it was new to begin with.

I purchased a draw tite trailer hitch with ball attachment and wiring harness. The wiring harness did not make the shipment, but as soon as the company was notified, they sent another right away. Great customer service and fast delivery made this project a snap. The hitch was easy to put on, and works great.
Excellent fit...took about 1/2 hr to complete mounting hitch and wiring. Very happy with look and fit.

Etrailer always makes everything so easy when ordering products. I have a little covered trailer and wanted to add a hitch to my 96 Camry. Etrailer had everything from the hitch, wiring package, the drawbar, and the size ball that I need to order to fit the smaller drawbar. What a great resource we have in Etraier
We'll built and works perfect. Towed my motorcycle with no problems. I did notice that the fitment between the hitch and the drawbar seems to be much better than others I have seen. There is not a lot of slop. Very happy
Was recommended to me by Conner L. and exactly what I needed for my #36538 trailer hitch kit for my 2014 Malibu LS. It places the ball at a good height for my RightOn kayak trailer. Solid attachment.
Good purchase, used on my four wheeler, so has not been road tested or hauled heavy, but a nice piece and exactly what i needed to get the rise and distance away from the quad so you dont have to reach under the bed so far. Would probably be ideal for a car or something to keep the trailer back a little from the bumper.
Customer service answered my questions promptly and professionally. The hitch order arrived promptly and I Installed it yesterday. The installation videos for the hitch and electrical wiring were very helpful. They were straight forward and seeing the install gave me the confidence to do it myself. Only possible suggestion is on the videos state the socket size of nuts, Trailer ball, and the ground nut/screw. Overall very good service & follow up!
Got a very good price on a trailer hitch for my '95 Camry.
It was fairly simple to install (after watching etrailer.coms video).
I use it to haul around my little utility trailer (Harbor Freight) and my 12 ft kayak (BassPro).
I'm very pleased with my Draw-Tite trailer hitch from etrailer. I installed the hitch myself with ease, everything lined up perfectly. The price was right and customer service excellent.
We just had the trailer hitch installed today. Everything fit perfect - the hitch, the wiring and the ball mount. It was very easy to install.
I chose this drawbar to match the 3500 lb. towing capacity of the parts of my towing package. As noted on Etrailer videos, the towing capacity of your towing package is the capacity of the "weakest" part.
The part arrived in 3 days, instead of 5-7 days, as I expected.....awesome! The drawbar appears to be in good condition, but doesn't fit into the hitch at this time. Upon inspection of the hitch it appears that there is some debris from welding in the channel that the drawbar goes into. I think some cleaning of the hitch will take care of the problem.

Ball mount is 2in. to high and 3.5in. to long. (I want the least amount of leverage possible). I used a ball mount from one of my other vehicles. (Not worth the trouble to send yours back).
Perfect fit, and easy to use, my company will recommend anyone to use etrailer for their trailer hitch, and accessory needs. My company will continue to use etrailer for all of our customer needs as well.

This hitch and ball combo very nicely raised my hitch ball level a bit over 3 inches. This makes it much easier to hook up the log splitter and tow it right to the splitting area with the Kawasaki Mule.
