Pin and clip included.the ball was missing in the package the rest was ok, delivered when expected but had to go fish out from UPS as the package was not accepted due to damaged container. all was ok but no ball on ball mount ?
Delivery was fast and on time. Thanks to their installation video the install was a snap. I didn't even need to lift the van. I played a piece of card board on the ground used a couple of wood blocks to support one end while I fished and fastened the bolts. I thought it would be a lot more difficult, therefore I was pleasantly surprised. Definitely a quality product from a quality company. Thankyou ETRAILER.
Almost everything about this combo is great my only concern is the locking clip wraps around a notch in the pin instead of sliding through a hole in the pin., otherwise the insert and ball work well on my Subaru Wilderness.
This Draw-Tite Ball Mount with 2" Ball is high quality, as is all products that Etrailer carries. I will be using it to pull my 10' aluminum trailer with my new Durango RT.
Worked great on a 1,500 mile trip towing a full 5x8 trailer. Absolutely no complaints.

Easy to install and except for half inch hex, I think you should supply one with the price, was able to install in less than hour.

Changed this item out as wanted a lover receiver. Return was super easy! Great customer service!
Installation was very straightforward and easy. Tail light wire kit was easy to install except gaining access to car wire harness. Order of panel removal and method of panel removal made the wire installation slightly more difficult. Overall an excellent product and I am very satisfied with the utility of the hitch.

Received order as promised. Broken box from shipping and there is no damage o. Product. The way it pack is very secure. Definitely will use etrailer again!
Use it a few times a week and still looks almost new. No signs of corrosion and great quality build.
