Ball Mount With 3 Inch Rise and 1-1/4 Inch Shank With 2 Inch Hitch Ball
Question:
Will the Draw Tite draw bar work? The TAG dealer said I need 21 inch from ground to top of 2 inch ball. My 1-1/4 receiver is 16 inch so Im thinking a 2 inch ball plus a 3 inch rise gets me where I need to be. Im driving a 2015 Subaru Outback. Thanks.

Since your dealer mentioned measuring to the top of the hitch, I concur that a ball mount with about a 3 inch rise is correct for your measurements.
So you are right about the ball mount you need, the Draw-Tite Drawbar for 1-1/4" Hitches # 36061.
Then for a 2" hitch ball the one that fits this ball mount is the 2" Hitch Ball # 19258.
