You'll want to use your vehicle to bleed the brakes on your trailer with the Dexter DX Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator # K71-651 installed.
The vacuum bleeder you'd use on a car won't work with this style actuator.

Companies like Reese and Lippert have found that there's too many variables for a sticker or fill line to accurately give you the best ride quality and have stopped placing them on their air ride pin boxes and instead recommend starting at 15-20 psi and towing the trailer around to test the ride quality and just adding 5 psi each time until the ride quality is where you want it to be. The 9V battery for the Rear View Safety Wireless Hitch Camera # RVS-83112 will last for around 3-4 hours of use according to the manufacturer. Keep in mind that the camera does have an automatic shut-off after 15 minutes of inactivity.

It is not hard per say to replace a pin box like the Lippert 1621 5th Wheel Pin Box part # LC1387883 on a trailer as it is just nuts and bolts but the pin boxes are pretty heavy (+/- 150 lbs). I am not sure why you are having trouble finding a service center that will do this for you as it's pretty standard practice but it is doable yourself. You will need to remove the Frame Horns to install the Westin HDX Grille Guard # 57-2375 on your 2012 Ford F-350 Super Duty. Basically there won't be enough room for the factory bolts to reach through both the Frame Horns and the mounting brackets for the grille guard. Basically the ride quality would not be noticeably different going from a 15 inch diameter wheel to a 16 inch diameter tire and wheel. While the sidewall might be slightly stiffer that would be offset by the larger tire diameter that gets over bumps easier and smoother. So if anything MAYBE you'd see a smoother ride quality but in reality it wouldn't really be noticed by your horses.

One way to lift a trailer is to install an over under kit. This would move the trailer axles from being above the leaf springs to being below them.
The diameter of your trailer axle will determine the size of the parts that you will need to order. If your axle is 3 inches diameter, the Dexter Trailer Springs Over-Under Conversion Kit, # K71-385-00, would be a great choice and if your axle is 2-3/8 inch diameter you could use the Over-Under Kit, # K71-384-00. The B&W Silencer Pad # BWTS35020 is intended to be placed on the shank of one of their Tow & Stow Multi-Ball Mounts like # BWTS10048B so that it acts like a gasket between the collar on the end of the hitch's receiver tube and the forward-facing surface on the ball mount. The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13110 is covered with a durable black powder coat that does not make for the best ground. Therefore, when installing T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness part # 118472 on your 2015 Ford Flex which is what I recommend you use, the ground will need to be attached elsewhere on the body to a bare metal surface. That said, there may very well be a factory ground point within reach that you can use instead of drilling a hole in the body behind the tail light.

I reached out to my contact at SuperSprings about the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs part # SSR-121-54 for a 2016 Ford Transit T350 chassis and they stated that the gap between the spring and contact point can vary by application as this spring can be used on both standard models and cutaways. The gap should be less when used on a motorhome but there are too many factors to say exactly what that will be. Looking at the manual for the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs item # F2525 it states that installation of this kit requires a minimum of 6" of clearance between the tire side wall and the vehicle frame and a 1/2" of clearance around the air spring when inflated. You can measure to confirm but if your new tires are only 3/4" wider than stock you should have plenty of room. Flatbeds are unique in that the bed is further from the frame than on a regular truck bed. The installation kits are not designed for flatbed trucks.

There should be a tab on the connector for your OEM mirror so that you can remove it to install a replacement like the K-Source # KS61214F on your 2001 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty. When installing the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit part # RM-524459-5 or anything similar like wiring it is always a good idea to disconnect the negative terminal of the battery to prevent any accidental issues with a plug accidentally grounding when you do not intend it to.

Base plate kits like the Roadmaster part # RM97RR that you referenced are not rated for use as a recovery point but within reason you'd be safe to use like this. We actually have a version of the # ETBC7 that we put together specifically with the Curt Echo Mobile brake controller part # C51180 in mind with the # ETBC7L which comes with just the components needed for the Echo.

The 12V power wire at the 7-Way socket will be routed straight to the battery through a 40A circuit breaker and the blue wire from the brake controller will go straight to the 7-Way. If you don't have any of the wiring then you'll want to pick up our Universal Installation Kit # ETBC7, but if you're just needing the circuit breaker then use part # PK54540.
