If it came from the factory with a TBC all those wires are going to be bundled together in a big messy wire loom, so you could sift through the wires one by one and disconnect and reconnect them but If it were me I'd take it to a shop and have them do it.
If your Ford has an aftermarket TBC then you can easily uninstall it. If it has a factory tow package than uninstalling should be pretty easy. You'll just need to locate the plug in wiring adapter running to the under-dash junction box... view full answer...
Actually the Hayes brake controller part # HA100400C requires a 2 way check valve only if the vehicle has primary and secondary service lines.
