What PSI Rating Should A Reese 5th Airborne Fifth Wheel Pin Box Be At For Optimal Ride Quality

Question:

My fill to line decal is above full down against frame. I put 110 psi unhooked. Looking for recommendations on different way. My bag is in rear holes. 4k pin weight.

Companies like Reese and Lippert have found that there's too many variables for a sticker or fill line to accurately give you the best ride quality and have stopped placing them on their air ride pin boxes and instead recommend starting at 15-20 psi and towing the trailer around to test the ride quality and just adding 5 psi each time until the ride quality is where you want it to be. This obviously could take some time to accomplish but is the most accurate way to find the right psi for your truck and trailer to maximize ride quality.

On newer models like the # RP78FR they don't have the sticker and they've moved the air inlet to the top of the pin box to make it easier to access.
