Newer vehicles have much more delicate taillight circuits than older vehicles which is why they can't handle powering additional trailer taillight circuits. This is why the harnesses that fit your Maverick like the # 119147KIT require running the power wire up to the vehicle battery. We get this question a lot but unfortunately our answer is always the same, you must run a wire all the way up to the battery when installing a trailer wiring harness like the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness part # C59DR. The reason for this has to do with the rating of the circuit, the in-bed power source may not be rated for the full power requirements of the converter which could trip the fuse or increase a chance for fires. When installing the Progressive Dynamics RV Power Control Center # PD4135K you will want to use the breakers that are rated to what you currently have. Installing the new control center will not allow you to use higher breakers, you would need to upgrade all of your wiring as well for that. So if you have 20 and 15 amp breakers you would keep using 20 and 15 amp breakers. I have included a picture from the instructions manual that shows the "approved" breakers.

The best way to determine which line on a transmission cooler is the return line from the radiator is to use the following procedure:
1. Start engine while engine is cold
2. Place transmission shift lever in drive for no more than 10 seconds.
3. Stop engine and remove keys
4. Identify the oil return line by feeling both oil lines. The coolest line is the oil return line.

The 12V power lead for any wiring kit, including the Curt T-Connector # C59DR for your 2022 Ford Maverick, will potentially need more power than a 12V socket will be able to provide. The anti-rattle bracket that comes with the Malone Axis Truck Bed and Roof Load Extender # MPG907 isn't a necessity but it is good to have as it reduces the amount of movement you'll see with the extender so I definitely recommend using it.
You can also swap it out for a tool-free anti-rattle device like the Curt # C27UR or Brophy # RHSB to help speed things up.

Base plate kits like the Roadmaster part # RM97RR that you referenced are not rated for use as a recovery point but within reason you'd be safe to use like this. In regards to the base plate kit options for a 2022 Ford Maverick, the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit part # BLU88XR requires the least amount of modifications as there is no cross tube like on the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit part # RM97RR. The Curt # C84BR is indeed the correct hitch for your 2023 Ford Maverick. You are also correct that the cutout section in the bumper is right where the receiver will go.
