Perfect. Needed a jack for my off road utility trailer which is only 2” square. Just what the doctor ordered. Super fast shipping. Awesome customer service. Thanks.

by:

A great fold up and bolt on trailer jack stand.

by:

This was the best addition to my little utility trailer. Keeps the tongue elevated and out of the rain and snow and makes everything easier in hooking and unhooking the trailer. Works great, mounted easily. Only issue was with me. Once I forgot to flip it up and rode off but that was my fault. Still works great. By the way I caught that within thirty feet so no damage.

by:

Just what I was looking for! Have it mounted - fits trailer nice and rated for what I need. Haven't put it to work yet.

by:

A nice heavy duty jack that will serve me well. Great packaging and customer service is excellent. I plan on using this jack on my trailer that is made from an old model camper frame with an old model jack and large tongue frame. This trailer is used for hauling my side by side on hunting trips and for hauling my riding lawn mower. A+++++++

by:

We bought this jack for a very small MC pop up trailer. Fits as described. Shipping was fast and the quality is impressive. Very sturdy. Still building so we have not tried it under more than 350lb. load. So far so good.

by:

Good product, however NO printed instructions on how to install it. The diections covered how to weld it to the trailer chasis. This is a non-welded installation.

by:

Still working great!

by:

This is really a heavy duty piece of eq uipment.

by:

It's perfect for my needs. I will be back for future purchases. Swift response on purchase.

by:

Jack as advertised. Instructions were for weld on only, but assembly was simple.

by:

Jack was more heavy duty than I expected, which is great. Delivery was quicker than expected. The Jack I purchased is a bolt-on, but the instructions that came with the jack were for a weld-on. However, installation was very straightforward.
So far, I am very pleased.

by:

It was exactly what I needed for my tra iler.

by:

I got this for a 5x8 utility trailer, for my uses it's perfect. It is much more solid and stable than cheaper versions. I also prefer the foot plate, it provides a more stable stand for working on the trailer if it's not attached to a vehicle. It saves the trouble of finding a block when storing the trailer, and it's always at the right height to hitch up when I need it.

by:

I’m so glad I purchased this jack for my trailer. It arrived quickly and when I got it I immediately installed it. It was very easy to install with just two brackets and four bolts and nuts. Done in five minutes. It is a very solid design and I like how the leg folds up with ease! I can now put my tailgate down without worrying about dinging it up! Should’ve bought this jack when I first got my truck! Thanks e trailer!!!

by:

Delivered as scheduled and promised.... Item fits the dimensions as indicated on the website and should work perfectly after installed.

by:

Trailer jacks work like a charm. very easy to crank. bought 4 jacks to mount to boat trailer. The 4 jacks lift 3500lbs with no problem. I would recommend these

by:

Exactly what I ordered as the description said!!

by:

Very good trailer jack, It was easy to install and holds the trailer tongue up nicely for hook up and un hooking. Thank you Etrailer for a fine product!

by:

For my application this replacement trailer jack was a huge up grade, especialy with the grease zerk ability to lube and protect from the elements.

by:

I searched all over a jack like this that bolted up. Most places only had the weld on type. This jack is year old and still working great. I also like that it rotates up instead of pointing down like my old jack that was installed from factory.

by:

I received this trailer jack (TJBB-2001-B) in a timely manner and it was exactly as described on your website. The person I talked with was very helpful when assisting me with the order. Installation looks very easy and I like the fact that it has a grease fitting for lubrication. I hope to get many years of service from this product.

by:

This trailer jack is a lot better quality than the one it replaced. Good price, good quality, I like the grease zerk makes it easy to keep lubricated.

by:

This product is a value for what it does. I needed a short lift for a small trailer and this met my needs. I have not mounted it to the trailer yet however I did see if all was going to fit and it did. The hardware is included so it should be an easy install. Thanks eTrailer for all the good equipment to chose from.

by:

Put this Jack on my utility trailer and use it regularly. A real plus when the trailer is loaded and means I don't have to unload it immediately to drop the trailer. Easy install and plenty strong.

  • Recommended Replacement Tongue Jack For Additional Ground Clearance On Angle Iron Trailer Frame
For the etrailer Round, Snap-Ring Swivel Jack #TJBB-2001-B to fit properly on your homemade camping trailer the frame will need to be boxed. This would require having additional frame material welded where you intend to mount the new jack. I recommend installing the Ultimate Trailer Jack # 322-RDJ-2K in your A-frame mount. This jack assembly can be raised to 1-3/4" with the jack retracted and moved to its lowest setting. The jack can then be adjusted in 2" increments up to 12" and raised...

  • Recommended Replacement Trailer Jack for 1996 Viking Pop-Up Camper
I don't have any trailer jack information specific to a 1996 Viking Pop-Up Camper but I was able to find some rough photos online and it looks like the etrailer Round, Snap-Ring Swivel Jack part # TJBB-2001-B with a welded on footplate. This might look a bit different than what you have now but should still work nonetheless.

  • Availability of Bolt-On Pipe Mount Trailer Jack with 10" Lift
All of our pipe mount trailer jacks do require welding, but we do have bolt-on jacks like the etrailer # TJBB-2001-B that should work. I was able to see that Kendon motorcycle trailers tend to have smaller frames and this jack is compatible with 2" - 4" tall frames that are no wider than 3". If your trailer frame is smaller than that please let me know and I can see if we have any other options available.

  • 2000 lb A-frame Jack that Cranks Faster than Lippert A-Frame Jack
The etrailer Jack part # TJBB-2001-B has a 2,000 lb capacity and it would crank faster than what you currently have, but it is not an A-frame jack. I went out into our warehouse to determine how many cranks it would take to lift 1 inch and found that it takes 8 revolutions of the crank for the jack to raise 1 inch. Not all jacks have the same cranks per inch. Typically, the more cranks per inch the jack have, the more mechanical advantage it has over the lifting. But the length of the...

  • How to Pick Out New Trailer Jack
The best way to pick out a jack is to pick out one that has enough capacity to handle the tongue weight of your trailer. Typically, tongue weight is 10-15 percent of the total weight of the trailer. So, let's say your trailer weighs a total of 10,000 lbs. Most likely you would have a tongue weight of 1,000-1,500 lbs. Typically you don't have to measure first to pick out a trailer as the ability to crank the jack up and down give enough flexibility to allow for the standard trailer heights...

  • Can The Wheel be Replaced With a Foot On The Round Swivel Marine Jack # MJ-1500B?
As the wheel mounts are welded on the Round Swivel Marine Jack # MJ-1500B you would have to cut them off and weld on a plate for this jack. We do have the Round Snap Ring Swivel Jack # TJBB-2001-B which also fits trailers with a 2" to 4" tall frame but comes with a 7-1/2" x 3-3/4" footplate rather than a wheel.

Your tongue length is incredibly short so you most likely won't be able to use a jack with a wheel as the wheel itself is either 6 or 8 inches diameter on jacks. I recommend part # TJBB-2001-B which will be just over the 14 inches of space you mentioned when in that stored position....

The Pull Pin, Easy Swivel Trailer Jack with 8" Wheel - Sidewind - 1,500 lbs. by Dutton-Lainson # DL22800 has an overall length of 26-5/8 inches, so it will not fit where you are desiring. The height to the bracket when retracted is 13 inches, but the overall will to too long. • Recommended Marine Trailer Jack w/ a Wheel
I do have a jack for you but the etrailer Item # TJBB-2001-B you were looking at does not have the option to add a wheel. Instead you will want the Pro Series Snap-Ring Swivel Marine Jack item # PSEJ10000101. This jack is similar to the Fulton F141005014 you referenced that is no longer active. It is a side wind jack, with a wheel, that has a 1,000 lbs capacity. It has a small foot print for the mounting bracket. I have linked a diagram below that will show the dimensions.

There is only one bracket needed to install the Round Snap Ring Swivel Jack part # TJB-2001-Z on your utility trailer and the bracket is included with the jack so no additional purchases are necessary. I have pointed this bracket out for you. It will need to be welded to the trailer frame. If you don't want to do any welding on the trailer then you can use the Round Snap Ring Swivel Jack w/ Footplate part # TJBB-2001-B instead which is essentially just a bolt-on version of the above jack...

  • Swivel Jack with Sturdy Pull Pin To Eliminate Jack Movement While Winding and Unwinding
I'll start off by saying that part of the play that you're experiencing has a bit to do with the bolt on feature vs. a welded on jack; bolted on jacks are going to have a bit more play on them, but there are some features in jacks that you can look for that will lessen the play/wiggle you're experiencing. First, choosing a top wind jack over a side wind jack will help reduce some of the movement when you're winding/unwinding. Second, a strong pull pin that locks the jack into position...
