Swivel Jack with Sturdy Pull Pin To Eliminate Jack Movement While Winding and Unwinding
Question:
Every bolt on swivel jack I have found has so much play in the swivel area that it allows the jack to tilt making it virtually impossible for the wheel to turn. Do these Jacks have that same issue? I don’t want to order one and find out I still have that problem.

I'll start off by saying that part of the play that you're experiencing has a bit to do with the bolt on feature vs. a welded on jack; bolted on jacks are going to have a bit more play on them, but there are some features in jacks that you can look for that will lessen the play/wiggle you're experiencing. First, choosing a top wind jack over a side wind jack will help reduce some of the movement when you're winding/unwinding. Second, a strong pull pin that locks the jack into position is key in keeping the jack in place when you're retracting and setting the jack into place.
The etrailer Round, Snap Ring Swivel Jack # TJBB-2001-B is a bolt on jack, but the pull pin locks the jack into place when the jack is in the down position for use as well as when the jack is swung up for travel- this will limit the movement on the jack. Additionally, since this is a top wind jack, you're not pushing or pulling the jack when extending or retracting the jack and you won't experience the jack moving while you're trying to set or retract the jack. Overall, this jack will do a good job of eliminating the sloppiness you've experienced with previous jacks.
