Base sold separately.the trailer jack on my trailer was in the way of me putting my tailgate on my truck down so, I buy the bulldog trailer jack . I like how easy it is to install on the fame rail of my trailer. It is easy to use to lift and lower on to the hitch ball. I like the trailer jack swing up and out the way. The new trailer as solve the problem so I can put my tailgate down on my truck now.
The original trailer jack we ordered was currently out of stock and back ordered for a couple of months. Marty was great about getting a hold of us immediately with replacement options to order in place of the back ordered item. Thank you for you timely, courteous help!

This was my second order from etrailer. I recommend them to anyone looking for anything trailer or cargo related. the jack is for a snowmobile lift I am building so I haven't put it to the test yet but it seems like a wellbuilt product that will more than cover my needs.

Love this swing jack. The jack that came with the trailer did not retract enough and caused a low point on dips in the road, also could not lower the tail gate on the truck with trailer attached. This jack solved both problems.
Pros: I had very tight space requirements to work with, and this jack fit my trailer almost perfectly. It's one of the only top-wind, bolt-on, low-profile jacks I could find.
Cons: This jack is very flimsy and is built with sloppy, loose tolerances. When you set in down with, even a light load on it, it flexes out of square, making it impossible for the wheel (optional attachment) to rotate like it is supposed to. I would send it back, but unfortunately I can't find anything that is built any better.
Great jack. I got this jack to replace a side crank on my boat trailer that was too hard to crank.
This jack is much easier to crank.
A had a couple of questions about the jack that were quickly answered by etrailer.
How it holds up being dunked in water, time will tell.

I needed to replace my utility trailers jack after it was damaged when someone backed into it and I needed it fast. I was searching the web and stumbled onto etrailer.com. I was able to find what I wanted thru the detailed description of the jack I purchased. The ordering process was a snap and to my delight they upgraded the shipping at no extra coast to me so I received my order a couple of days ahead of schedule. It arrived on time and in great shape and the installation was just as it was described on their site. Great job, will defiantly do business with them again.
This is a heavy duty, excellent jack. The backing plate is rectangular (not square), so that you can select which way to turn it in order to get the best fit for your trailer tongue. Comes with the hardware to attach the jack. I selected this jack for my boat trailer (the trailer can handle bigger boats , but I currently have a 24 ft. Sea Ray on it). I was wondering about the 10 inch lift, but at first glance it appears more than adequate. In order to have some "lift options" I bought both a Bulldog detachable foot plate (code BD018564 - $10.99) and a Heavy duty 6 inch caster (I bought the better more-heavy-duty caster instead of the lighter one: code BDCP555 for $36.95). This is a wonderful combination of options with heavy duty hardware. I can recommend it.
I replaced my existing jack on my trailer, it was getting worn out.
I like the swing away feature on this.
Installed using U Bolts from old unit.
I was thinking it would have come with new bolts but I suppose there are so many different applications and trailer sizes.
This is the 2,000 lb , I also got the wheel kit that fits so I am good to go for winter.
Well pleased with easy crank up.
Only swivel jack that could fit my small trailer tongue because its incredibly short distance from the center of the jack to the crank at the top and the detectable wheel which I purchases with it. The jack also is very high quality, technically could support my entire trailer at 2000 pounds capacity.

This is our second trailer jack from etrailer, and we love it! The simplicity of installation, and the ability to retract and swivel the wheel is great. We really like the "topwind" feature.
E-trailer had what I needed and got it to me fast. This is a solid, well built jack. The optional caster and foot plate are exactly what I needed for different situations.
I put this jack on the “A” frame of a 5’x8’ trailer, and it worked like a charm. Easy to install and very durable.
Product came promptly. Small snaffu with UPS not getting the right apartment number but thats my fault. Larger snaffu with not receiving the mounting hardware but customer service was on the ball and made it right. Will gladly purchase again from etrailer.

great jackI replaced my A Frame jack with this one because of low ground clearance. I did the trick. Only issue I had was the bolts were too long and I had to replace then.

I have the same problem on my trailer. My trailer is 3200 at full capacity and is a camper. Have you had any problems with balance of your trialer or it shifting? thanks!
