A-Frame Trailer Jack that Can Attach to Inside of Trailer Frame

Question:

In a previous question, you answered For a trailer jack that uses the same style of topwind handle and mounting brackets we have the Round Snap Ring Swivel Jack w/ Footplate # TJBB-2001-B which would work well. I am interested in purchasing that unit, but I am not working with a lot of room in the center of the A-Frame jack. Does the jack need to be stowed horizontally, or can it stay vertical? If horizontal how much room would I need?

So the Trailer Valet 5X Swivel Jack # STC-V211 uses brackets to mount to the side of a trailer frame.

Ideally you'd be able to fold the Round Snap Ring Swivel Jack w/ Footplate # TJBB-2001-B up and out of the way when not in use but if you have the clearance you could alway leave it down. It has a bracket height of 11 inches from the center of it's mounting bracket down to the ground when retracted and then 21-1/2 inches when extended. You'd need to make sure you'd have clearance for that.
