Today we'll be reviewing part number BD151401. This is the Bulldog Round Snap-ring Swivel Jack with a top wind handle providing 10 inches of lift rated at 2000 pounds. The dependable jack is recognized as the industry standard for agricultural and commercial applications. It's also ASABE compliant. It has a convenient spring-loaded plunger pin with a swivel feature that's going to allow us to swing up to a stow position. It's actually going to move our jack parallel to the tongue for travel. What we do it we pull the pin, and the L-bend bracket is going to be mounted to our trailer.
It's actually going to be welded on. So once we have that in position, we can then pull the pin and swivel the jack to a stowed position. We can also move it back into an upright position repeating that same process. This does have precision fit parts that provide exceptional stability and reliability. The top wind handle has a smooth ergonomic design for easy cranking. The radius of our handle, and that's measuring from our mounting point to the hand knob, is going to measure 6-5/8 of an inch.
The outer tube has a nice gray-paint finish. And the inner tube is zinc plated which is really going to help it stand up against corrosion. The weld on L-bend mounting bracket comes assembled, and the foot plate is included. The bracket height when this is fully retracted is going to measure 11 inches, and that's from the foot plate to the center of our mounting bracket. When it's fully extended that measurement is going to increase to 21 inches. If you subtract those two measurements, you're left with 10 inches.
That's where we get our lift measurement from. We have a clearance from the mounting bracket to the top of our jack. That's measuring from the center of our mounting bracket to the top portion of our jack of 4 inches. Our outer tubing diameter is 2-1/4 inches. And our inner tubing diameter is going to be 2 inches. Again, this has a life capacity of 2000 pounds. When you're not using the handle, you can fold it over to a stored position.

It has been very reliable and worked great until I left it down and pulled behind my tractor. It took about 10 minutes to install. I would recommend Bulldog Jack for any new or replacement for your Equipment . Customer Service was great. I bought this a few years back and finally installed it - great product. Simple to use, easy to install and I love that when mobile, it folds away underneath the trailer tongue. Would buy again (but hopefully don't need to soon).

it is not satisfactory no snap ring or mounting braket first time I have ever seen this should not be alowed to sell like that

Cant go wrong with bulldog jacks. Needed one for log splitter that got bent ordered from etrailer the exact part number of old one, showed up quick and went right on easily.
