There are bolt-on swivel jacks you could change to that would offer similar specs to your current one. The Round Snap Ring Swivel Jack # TJBB-2001-B has a 2,000 lb lift capacity, extended height of 21-1/2" and retracted height of 11". It is for trailer frames that are between 2" and 4" high and no more than 3" wide. I've added a link to each of our bolt-on swivel jacks for you to take a look at.

As for a lift assist, I recommend the Gorilla-Lift Utility Trailer Tailgate Lift Assist # GL1. It has a 300 lb capacity which is more than enough for your tailgate, and will work on your trailer so long as the side rails on your trailer are between 12" and 24" from your trailer bed and your tailgate is between 4' and 6' high, which from the dimensions you gave looks to be the case.

I've added links to video reviews of these products for you to check out.
