For example, a 10,000-lb trailer has a tongue weight of 1,000 lbs to 1,500 lbs. To raise the tongue of a trailer this size, you'd need a jack that can handle a static load of no less than 1,500 lbs. And, yes, it's okay to have a jack with a weight rating that is higher than your trailer's tongue weight. In fact, a jack with a higher capacity should operate more efficiently, allowing you to spend less time cranking and more time fishing.

I installed this on our wood splitter. The splitter came with a lame metal post that was near impossible for one person to flip out of the way when towing. This swivel jack works perfect for attaching the splitter to our four wheeler to move it about our property. The jack holds the splitter while in use just fine.
I have it on a jets,I trailer, the double wheels make it very maneuverable even on non paved surfaces.

It lets one person "jack up" the trampoline and move it around when mowing.
I've had them a year and they show no signs of rust, and have weathers well.
The extra wheels is an easier moving the trailer around. Really makes the moving of the trailer so much smother.

Build is better than expected. Wheels rotate independent of each other with no binding. Crank is abundantly easy, pin latch is very secure. Using this on a homemade large duck house) chicken tractor and just drilled 2 3/8 holes through a vertical 2x4 and used existing hardware.

This is a great product for the money. I have a 16 ft. utility trailer and the wheeled Trailer Jack sure comes in handy to assist in hooking up the trailer to trailer the ball fully loaded. Great Quality. easy to swing out of the way when finished.

This jack is for a new stinger trailer that hauls my can-am spyder. the trailer folds up for storage so it was important that the jack could fold and swivel also.it works like a charm and is a quality product.
My application is very unusual in that I'm using the wheel jacks to lift and move a modular little log cabin around in my shop as I build it as a modular structure. The item description was very thorough and the quality of the product was outstanding. The customer service was outstanding as well.

Its been a year and this has still been a solid purchase. Outside in the chicken house used once or twice a week and constantly in the weather it has no rust, no bending, no issues at all really. The small plastic wheels like to collect mud but it s right off with a few taps.
