I could not use the hardware that came with the dual wheels due to the sizes of the axle holes in the wheel housing. I wound up using the existing hardware and putting your hardware in my parts bin. The wheels worked perfectly otherwise. The single wheel had the same problem, and was solved the same way. The dual wheels were installed on our operational trailer tongue jack, and the single wheel was installed on the jack the dual wheel jack replaced. A little grease on the gears and both were ready to go.491834

The product I purchased is great! Better than the original!

Through a series of misunderstandings I pulled my boat trailer with the double-wheeled jack in the down position. Of course, the results were not good - the entire inner portion of the wheel was gone (in about half mile).
I called Etrailer late in the afternoon on Veterans day, Monday, November 11th and, instead of being closed I was able to tell my problem to Nick. He understood perfectly what happened and what I needed to repair the issue (see photo above). Nick personally pulled the product and got it to UPS that evening (I paid for 3-4 day shipping). The wheels assembly arrived on Wednesday (2 days!). It was exactly what I needed and I was astounded by the speed in which it was shipped.
