I looked through our selection trying to find a similar jack to the MaxxTow MT70149 with a retracted height less than 14-3/4 inches and found a couple of good options for you.
You didn't say exactly what height you need, however part # MJ-1200B has a retracted height of 12-1/2 inches. The weight capacity is slightly less, at 1,200 pounds but that's probably still plenty for your trailer. It also offers 11 inches of travel which is a 1/2 inch less than the MaxxTow.
A second option is part # MJ-1500B-DWL that brings you back up to the 1,500 pound capacity but less travel at only 10-3/8 inches.
I've linked videos of all three jacks for you to take a look at that may help you compare the slight differences. If you have a specific retracted height you need let me know what it is and I'll look at other options if these won't work for you.
