Radial ply tires are designed for trailers that are towed on the highway. The cords on a radial tire are positioned at a 90-degree angle to the direction of travel so that they lay across the width of the tire from wheel lip to wheel lip. This construction prevents the cords from rubbing against one another when the tire flexes, unlike the cords on a bias ply tire. As a result, radial tires have less rolling resistance and heat buildup, which leads to a longer tread life and improved steering at higher speeds.
Determining the Bolt Pattern
The first number in the bolt pattern is the number of bolt holes. The second number denotes the diameter, in inches, of the circle on which the bolt holes sit.
To determine the bolt-circle diameter on wheels with an odd number of bolt holes, measure from the center of any bolt hole to the point halfway between the two bolt holes directly across from the first. (Example: "5 on 4-1/2" means 5 bolt holes with 4-1/2" measured to a point halfway between the opposite bolt holes.)
On wheels with an even number of bolt holes, measure from the center of one bolt hole to the center of the hole directly across from it. (Example: "8 on 6-1/2" means 8 bolt holes with 6-1/2" from the center of one hole to the center of another on the opposite side.)
Measuring the distance from the center of one bolt hole on the wheel to the center of a bolt hole right next to it can also help to determine the bolt pattern.

Contacted E-tire and was able to receive replacement and return wrong size tire by UPS with little difficulty.
Very fast shipment and free shipping to boot. I ordered 4 of these to replace my worn bias ply tires hopping to get better wear and handling from these radials. Price could not be beat as they were $50 less than what I could find locally for the exact same tire and wheel assembly. Will definitely be coming back to e-trailer for my future rv and truck needs!

After a year the tires are wearing extremely well. Switching to the radials was the way to go. Sway has been reduced a little bit and believe it is the radials vs the bias ply tires.
Excellent tires boxed and shipped fast. I even saved money by buying these tires.
Excellent tire set overall. Bought these to replace some aging tires on my enclosed trailer. I ended up talking to the fine folks at etrailer to make sure these were a good fit, and they indeed were. Simple to install, came pre-mounted and mostly inflated. Very happy with my purchase and they've held up great in the year I've had them!
So far so good. It's a spare will know more in an emergency.

One year in on these and I have no complaints. I have put a few thousand miles on them and couldnt be happier.
Great bargain from etrailer.com. Have not had the first problem. The rims have not rusted but I did spray wheels with a clear enamel before I installed them so do not know if that made a difference. The load range c is the way to go. I will never use anything less again. Never needed balancing and have run at 65 mph with no vibration.

These tires have been flawless. Only had to add 5lbs of air in years time. Use on landscape trailer so not too many miles per week, but handle weight good.

The tire and rim appear to be of good quality. HOWEVER.....the rim has decorative blue and red pin striping. This pin striping is not permanent. It washes off if it contacts petroleum product like gasoline or carburator cleaner. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!

This wheel and tire were ordered to replace the one on my RV that blew out and destroyed the rim as I continued down the interstate, until I reached a safe place to stop. The price for the wheel and tire was cheaper than the tire I bought at a tire shop. There are several warnings about buying tires online, as the tires may be old. The tire's manufactured date was five month before purchased! Very happy about that. I used etrailer's [online] post to understand how to measure the lug distances, which made ordering the correct wheel size much easier too. I would highly recommend this item... and etrailer.

After using these tires for approximately 1 year I have had zero issues. They perform as expected
