Quick Tip: Old snap rings can be a pain to remove. Snap ring pliers can make this a lot easier, and you can find them at most local hardware stores. You can also try gripping each end of the snap ring with 2 regular pliers to pry it open and pop it off.

I returned a much larger jack that was half the price, but this is perfect for my application.
This is a great product that is better than advertised. Very solid and strong. Love the metal sleeve that goes in the wheel for it to spin around as the bolt guess through that to tighten against it. Very smooth operating wheel. E trailer price matched this for me as advertised. My only issue was that after torquing the mounting bolts to the prescribed 25 for pounds; the pivot up and down was rediculously tight. I remember reading in one review that Is need to heavily oil it and keep working it back and forth. That worked and is now very firm vs stuck. I'm sure it'll limber up after a few more uses. Other than that; you'll like this jack as I do. It seems to be able to handle more than 400 pounds... not that I need any where near that strength. I cut my for bolts and two mounting straps shorter so as to have as little as possible sticking out. This was the shortest trailer tongue jack I could find and an very pleased with it. Great product all around and Great customer service on the phone as well by email.
Great wheel for what I needed. It's short and sturdy. Maybe 30 mins to install. Now I can move motorcycle trailer easily.

One comment: I have a lightweight folding trailer with a tongue that is not a full box section (it's open on the bottom, like a sideways "C"). The tongue is not really strong enough for a jack. Because the jack is offset from the tongue, the tongue twists. As well, the bottom open part of the tongue compresses when the bolts are tightened. The trailer manufacturer offers a simple lightweight jack stand, but because I really wanted a rolling wheel jack I went to the trouble of making modifications to install this jack without putting too much strain on the tongue. I'm happy with the way it turned out.
I would advise that you ensure your tongue is strong enough before purchasing this, or any similar bolt on jack. If you can twist your tongue by hand, as I can, it's probably not strong enough without some modification.
IT a good quality, solid trailer jack meant for a small trailer. It bolted right on. Customer service is the best!
PERFECT FOR UTILITY TRAILERS!
I wanted to put a jack on my utility trailer, but because of the diagonal braces that connect the tongue to the frame, there was not enough space. A standard swivel jack would fit, but it could not be moved to the upright position because it was blocked by the braces or frame. This jack fits and functions perfectly in that small space and is just the right height to keep a utility trailer level.
All I needed it to do was keep the tongue out of the dirt on a small trailer, works great
Just received and installed this trailer jack. Didn't expect a great deal fo the price. But I was very surprised at the quality and finish of this import product. Seems well constructed and the metal edges were rounded off, painted and not sharp. Very pleased with this purchase.

Well, Folks, after a year of using trailer jack I have found it to work like day one! The only thing Ive done was to lubricate it with a silicone spray where the square plate spins. Id completely recommend this trailer jack.
