  You would only need to switch to a larger diameter brake line if the braking response was slow. You can go to a larger line if you wanted but it won't be necessary. We have 1/4 line kits such as # HS496-251 for single axle trailers, # HS496-252 for tandem axle trailers, or # HS496-253 for triple axle trailers.

Grease would be better for marine applications since a hub full of grease repels water and an oil bath hub could just let the water set on top.   Your trailer has 7k Lippert axles on it so the disc brake kit you would need is the three sets of # K2HR712D for the disc/rotor and caliper kits. This won't be super cheap but it will give you the best option for converting to disc.   I suggest the Kodiak Disc Brake Kit # K2HR89DE. They have an E-coat finish which will help reduce corrosion from the elements. Our most popular actuator is the Hydrastar # HBA16 and it's definitely the way to go. See the attached video when we put one on a trailer and it worked great. For brake lines use # HS496-253.
