Since the ProLube kit # XLPROLUBE2440KIT is only rated for use on 5,200 to 6,000 pound axles I do not recommend using it for 7,000 pound axles. Grease would be better for marine applications since a hub full of grease repels water and an oil bath hub could just let the water set on top.

The correct grease seal for disc brake kit # K2HR712D is # RG06-070. It does have an inner diameter of 2.25 inches and the outer diameter at 3.376 inches will fit the hub in the disc brake kit.

Spring # SP198275 is rated for use on 7K axles and if the measurements match up to what you need then this spring is the way to go. So it appears you have selected the right spring for the trailer. The springs work well. There isn't a whole lot that can be messed up in the manufacturing process of leaf springs and we haven't had complaints about this brand of spring so I am confident they will work well for you.

U-bolt kit # APUBR-8 does fit up to 7K axles that have a 3 inch diameter. The length is 7 inches so this is the appropriate kit provided the axles are round with a 3 inch diameter.

The wet equalizer bolt # 126A1 does work with equalizer # TREQ458 so no worries there.

There is a bearing kit, # BK3-200, that has both bearings and the appropriate seal. The bearings and seal in the kit are what the brake system requires. It also comes with a cotter pin and some backup races (the hubs come with races already installed).

A lot of people swear by electric over hydraulic brakes and some say they will never use anything else so it is a great set up. The HydraStar system # HS381-9067 was designed for marine applications and it is one of the better and more popular actuator options. There are some HydraStar brake line kits as well. For a single axle use # HS496-151, for tandem axles you could use # HS496-252, and for triple axles use # HS496-253. These kits come with everything you will need.

The brake kit comes with the bolts to mount the calipers to the brackets but not the hardware to mount the brackets to the brake mounting flanges. If you have brakes now then you can reuse the same hardware used to hold on the old brakes. Otherwise you can use bolt # 7-5, nut # 38N, and lockwasher # 38LW. All of these parts are sold in quantities of 1.

If your don't want to reuse your existing shackle straps and # TRSL275 is the right size you can certainly use them. If you wanted to use wet bolts instead of a regular bolt to hold the springs to the shackles, hangers, and equalizer then use # 126B2.

I feel like we just built a trailer! If you have any other question about all this information I'll be happy to help.
