I suggest the Kodiak Disc Brake Kit # K2HR89DE. They have an E-coat finish which will help reduce corrosion from the elements.
Our most popular actuator is the Hydrastar # HBA16 and it's definitely the way to go. See the attached video when we put one on a trailer and it worked great. For brake lines use # HS496-253.
If you don't already have a brake controller I suggest the Prodigy P2 # 90885. And for a breakaway kit # 20099.
