Fitting and tubing kit is designed for use on tandem, torsion-axle applications.

by:

I like the kit it works well for my horse trailer everything was functional easy to use easy to measure some of the fittings I had to upgrade and some of the brass tees were not as strong as I thought they would be and didn't fit right or wasn't machined right or something but overall I give it about an 8 out of 10 could have been better quality control on the Tee's and brass fittings but I would probably buy it again to do the next job on another trailer conversion if I was to do it again I would have no problem buying the kit

by:

Everything ordered was in the box a worked perfect.

by:

All the parts I needed for a EOH conversion. I recommend also purchasing a double flair kit and tube cutter because obviously the lengths needed are not the same with all trailers.

by:

My neighbour and I installed the Kodiak disc brakes with Titan actuator and Takonsha controller on our 33'-0 5th wheel last August. After dialing the controller in we took the rig to Yuma from B.C. , Canada. Stopping power is amazing compared to the old electric drum system. Performed flawlessly. I highly recommend them.

by:

Installation when smoothly. It was very convenient having all the brake lines with fittings already professionally made. In the one case where I wanted to shorten the run, and did the new fitting myself, it took 3 tries to get the flaring right such that the connection was leak-free.

by:

My brake line replacement kit and coupler worked perfectly. The brake shoes I ordered didn't come in the 3-5 days as promised, complicated my work and without locally sourced parts would have kept me home.

by:

The service was great at etrailer. I was very impressed with the amount of knowledge they had and were able to help me turn an idle axle into one with brakes. I spoke with them on the phone and they treated me very well, were patient, and worked with me to ensure that I got what I needed. I can't say enough about how satisfied I was with the ladies I spoke with. They sent me exactly what I needed to do the job and it was shipped fast! Thanks a bunch. I am highly likely to come to their website or call for all of my trailer needs.

by:

No issues with installation. Just be aware of where tubing is routed to avoid chafing and other damage, Take up excess by making smooth loops and secure all with zip ties and/or J-clamps.

by:

Wrong stud size for my application. I had to send back and reorder correct unit. Sent bad rotor that was machined incorrectly. Had to send back for exchange. Working well so far.

by:

good quality and made restoring our trailer a breeze.

by:

First parts came on time still waiting a couple of days for the rest then installation time, always appreciate the quality

by:

The package took a little longer to get as it had to be ordered in. Once received, the box looked like an accordion but the contents were fine. Everything I need, except the bolts, are here. Looks like an excellent product. I'd recommend it to anyone.

by:

Suuuper Fast Shipping, Quality Products, Reasonable Pricing, EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION, Highly Recommend...

  • Parts Needed to Install the Kodiak Disc Brake Kit part # K2HR79E
All of the parts you mentioned will complete a disc brake kit for a trailer, but you will need to know for certain if your current hubs have the same bearings that the # K2HR712D would take. You will need to pull the bearings of your current hubs to get the numbers that are stamped on them. If it's the same as what comes with the kit you would be good. They will need to be # 25580 and # 14125A. Most likely this would be the case since Heartland uses Dexter axles and a Dexter 7K axle uses...

  • Will the Titan Disc Brake Kit # T4747200 Fit on a 2003 Triton Elite 18 Dual Axle Snowmobile Trailer
The Titan Disc Brake Kit and Leverlock Actuator w/ Electric Lockout for Tandem, 3,500-lb Axles, item # T4843200, is designed to replace the Surge brake coupler, all of the brake lines and fittings, the hub/rotors, and the brake calipers. Everything is included for both axles. The only way to be sure this kit will work on your trailer is to check the wheel bearing and seal part numbers and match them to those included in the # T4747200 kit and to measure the tongue on the trailer to make...

  • Parts for Switch Over to Disc Brakes From Dexter Electric Drum Brakes With Neve-R-lube Bearings
For a 7,000 pound Dexter Never Lube axle with 8 on 6-1/2 inch bolt pattern and 9/16 inch wheel studs you will not be able to go with disc brakes on the existing axle. The Problem you will run into is that the center of the hub on your existing brake drum hubs will not work with the slip over disc. Machining the drum off still would not allow the slip over disc to fit correctly. In this case you will need to go with drum brakes like you already have or special order axles that are outfitted...

We can absolutely put together everything you need, though the Titan Disc Brake Kit and BrakeRite II SD Electric-Hydraulic Actuator - Tandem, 3,500-lb Axle T4843700 does not come with a brake kit with slip-on rotors. However, all you need for this is the following parts: - Kodiak Disc Brake Kit - 10" Rotor - 5 on 4-1/2" - Dacromet - 3,500 lbs # K2R35D (you will need a quantity of 2 for your tandem axle trailer) - BrakeRite II Electric-Hydraulic Actuator Kit # T4813102 - Titan Hydraulic...

  • Switching to Electric Over Hydraulic Disc Brakes on a 2015 Landmark Key Largo 5th Wheel Trailer
We do have the kit you are looking for, # K2HRCM1337-9DAC. In addition to the brakes themselves you will need the electric over hydraulic actuator that you mentioned, # HBA16, for disc brakes. Since you have the integrated brake controller on your 2008 GMC/Chevy Sierra/Silverado 3500 you will need the adapter, # HBA-CAM. The only other part you will need is a breakaway kit if you do not already have one, # 50-85-313. That takes care of the brakes and electrical/actuator parts. For brake...

What exact fittings are you needing? We have the Tees with Brackets # T0778500, Hose Brackets # T0776300, and Hose Clips # T0776400 that all come with the Titan Hydraulic Brake Lines and Fittings for Tandem-Axle, Torsion-Axle Trailers # T4830000 as basic pieces to choose from. If you can let me know what tees you're needing I can see if we have what you're needing! I've also attached a link to our parts selection for trailer brakes that you can filter through.

  • Dexter or Hydrastar Actuator Kit for Trailer with 7k Axles
The Hydrastar actuators like what comes with the Hydrastar Disc Brake Kit part # HSE7K-S1SO are widely considered to be the most reliable and fastest reacting so this would be what I recommend. This specific kit is for a single brake axle so if you plan to have brakes on both of your axles you'd instead want the part # HSE7K-T1SO which includes the second axle as well. Then for a brake line kit the part # T4830000 would be what you'd want as well.

  • Parts Needed to Add Electric Over Hydraulic Disc Brakes to a 2015 Alfa Gold
What you would need is the Kodiak Disc Brake Kit part # K2HR89DD (one for each axle). And then for a the pump kit HydraStar Marine Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator w/ Breakaway and 7-Way RV Harness part # HS381-9067. Then for a tandem brake line kit you would want the part # T4830000. That would give you everything you would need to add electric over hydraulic brakes to your 2015 Alfa Gold 5th wheel.

  • Parts Needed to Convert a Trailer from Electric Brakes to Hydraulic Disc Brakes
First, we can absolutely supply all the parts you will need for an electric to hydraulic disc brake conversion. We actually have a handy FAQ article, liked for you, that explains everything that you will need. The article covers parts needed to add electric over hydraulic brakes so there are some differences. For example, you will not need an electric over hydraulic actuator or brake controller if you go with a regular brake actuating coupler like # T4822800. Some parts are specific...

  • Flexible Brake Line or Brake Line Kit with Hose Longer than 14-1/4 Inches
We have several different lengths of brake lines. I have included a link to them for you. You do want a line long enough to account for the movement of the trailer suspension. Part # T0776500 is 18-25/32 inches long. Some we have are shorter and some longer. We have a kit that has numerous parts, # T4830000. It comes with 4 lengths of the 18-25/32 inch brake line. The kit like you have referenced is for 1 wheel.

  • Parts Needed to Convert Boat Trailer with 3,500 lb Axles to Electric Over Hydraulic
As long as your boat trailer has 3,500 lb axles the parts you mentioned would work great as the Hydrastar actuators like part # HS381-9067 are the most reliable and best performing, the Titan Premier part # T2HRCM10DAC is a solid setup that will do great fighting corrosion since it's Dacromet. And since the hubs don't have bearings included you'd need the bearing kit part # BK2-100 that you mentioned as well. Then for a brake line kit the part # T4830000 would be all that you'd need.

  • Recommend Disc Brake Kit For 5,200 lb Tandem Axle Trailer
I do have all the parts that you would need to install disc brakes on your 5,200 lb tandem axle trailer, but not as a kit. First, you will need the Kodiak Disc Brake Kit, part # K2R526S, which is a stainless slip-on disc brake kit. We also have a hub replacement disc brake kit, in a dacromet coating, part # K2HR526D. • Does Kodiak Offer a Disc Brake Kit with Actuator Like the Titan Brake Kit # T4843800
I can put together a brake kit for you that will be comparable to the Titan Disc Brake Kit and BrakeRite II SD Electric-Hydraulic Actuator (discontinued) or # T4843800. Kodiak does not have a brake kit with actuator available. This is most likely because they do not manufacture electric over hydraulic brake actuators. Definitely install the Titan Hydraulic Brake Lines and Fittings for Tandem-Axle, Torsion-Axle Trailers # T4830000 on the frame of your 2010 Forest River Cedar Creek Silverback. For just a utility trailer the lines would be installed on the frame so you don't have to worry about anything other than normal wear and tear. • Where is Does the Brake Line Attach on Disc Trailer Brakes
What you are probably seeing is a brake caliper that has 1 inlet from the actuator and 2 bleeder screws. This is because the calipers can be mounted on the left or right side so you will always have a bleeder screw that is pointed up. This is the one you use for bleeding the brakes. You will not run a brake line between the brakes. I have included a link to an FAQ article that may help. The article is specifically on electric over hydraulic braking systems but it will still be helpful....

These disc brakes have a raw finish and an 8 on 6-1/2 bolt pattern. Since you have a tandem axle trailer, # T4830000 will be the brake line kit for you.
