Since you will putting the disc brakes on a boat trailer I recommend going with something that will be corrosion resistant. For that I recommend Kodiak disc brake kit # K2HR35DS. It is constructed using stainless steel parts and other parts have a Dacromet coating for superior corrosion resistance. This is a complete kit for 1 axle.
This kit has rotors that use inner bearing L68149 and outer bearing L44649. If you have different bearing numbers this kit can still work as long as the inner diameters of the bearings you have are 1.378 inches and 1.063 inches, respectively. The seals for this kit, sold separately as # RG06-050 for a pair, have an inner diameter of 1.719 inches. I have linked a video review of this kit for you.
If the trailer does not already have brake lines then you can add a triple axle brake line kit. The longest we have is the 25 foot option, # HS496-253. I have included a link to all of the triple axle brake line kits if you need something shorter.
