Components for mounting axle to springs sold separately.Brackets came not bent enough and bolt nuts are oval shapped and won't thread because of this. Pretty disappointing I will call customer support soon for replacement

Hasnt been a year but they sent me brand new lock nuts that worked perfectly. Overall happy about the customer service and how fast they fixed the problem
Kit is supposed to be for 1-3/4" springs but the center hangers were for 2", they said they would reship but after a week it still hasnt shipped out. Looks like fair quality stuff just packaged wrong in China!

I'm pretty disappointed with the kit. The box they come in is junk for shipping so if it's not part of a larger box, you'll be missing parts. My first kit came missing the bolts, nuts, shackles, and one hanger. The second kit was just about to split open but didn't lose anything. The center hangers are not bent anywhere near 90 degrees on each leg so you'll need a stout vise to bend them together enough to get the bolt through and a nut threaded on. The bolts are shipped loose so the threads on about half of them are boogered up. Customer service is great at etrailer and they sent a replacement kit right out but they'd save themselves a whole lot of hassle by upgrading their packaging.
Quality stuff. Timely delivery. If you need suspension parts they’ve got it and will work with you to get it right.
The AP233-H248 axle hanging kit came super fast. It was the correct size and excellent quality. I didn't think about ordering spring eye bushings, but that is nobody's fault but mine. I'm planning to order from etrailer.com again.
the box with the hanger kit had been very wet at one point and the parts inside had started to rust. It didn't happen in the bigger box it was shipped in because the smaller box with the spring mount kit was fine. The parts are usable but whoever packed it new what they were shipping.
As an old man installing them took me some time, but very doable. Very pleased with the quality. Would highly recommend.

Still there. The only thing I would suggest is to paint the hangers as the equalizers rust very easily.

Great improvement, every trailer should leave the factory with these installed!
Also cut and welded crossmembers between spring hangers.
No sway, no twisting from front to back of RV

Trouble free
I t fit perfectly to replace my old 40 year wore out trailer suspension.
Reason for only 4 stars is the shipping boxes are Chinese cheap and a bolt was missing from shipping Kaos
I was able to get one from a local trailer supply.
They need to step up to a better grade of shipping container nobody likes to get their stuff with Parts missing
Perfectly replaced old rusty worn parts /bolts.
Excellent pricing and support all the way around.

Pretty junkie. most of the nuts are rusted along with some of the hangers. The hangers are not bent square or parallel. The bolt will not reach thru to start a nut.
If I wasn't really needing them I would send them back

I was very impressed with e trailer. Found the parts I wanted easy. Great price. I live in Texas and the parts got here in only 2days! Then I got a follow up email asking if I got everything I ordered. I love this place. I will definately will be ordering more parts.

Patrick, well it went on a boat trailer which doesnt get used alot but i have had no problems what soever so far. all good.
Some bolts were missing. Called customer service and they immediately sent out the replacments. Great service!
Always go to etrailer.
Using the hangers to restore an old trailer. The only problem I ran into was that my six leaf springs have three quarter inch bores and the standard bushings are eleven sixteenths. I'll have to machine something for that. Shipping was excellent and here before I was ready. Thanks
I received an email on the conformation of the order very quickly. The order was thenprocessed the very next day, and sent out. I received the parts well before the original due date. The parts were in good condition, and the heavy parts we stapled to the shipping box so they wouldn't move around and damage the other parts. Excellence care.
I won't be able to install the parts. By the looks of the parts, they look like they will fit properly and be exactly what the trailer needs. Thank you again for the prompt and caring service. I will highly recommend you.

i built a 20 foot tandem axle flat-deck trailer wanted to put new hangers on it etrailer sent me exactly what i needed and had helpful info on installing my parts made it real simple il be buying all my trailer parts from etrailer from now on. thank you etrailer.
This is my second order with Etrailer.com and like before the products are a good value. I will be ordering more in the future. I will send pictures once these parts are installed.
After a year of use, still going strong. Have taken the trailer over many bumpy dirt roads every month.

2 years later and no issues! Crazy bumpy dirt roads and heavy loads.
The parts are great quality and showed up to my door very fast. Furthermore, the etrailer team was super helpful when the exact part I needed wasn't going to be stocked for another 2 months. The etrailer team caught this before I even noticed and suggested an alternate option that would work equally as well and it was in stock.
