Are Longer Shackle Straps Available to Replace the Ones In Trailer Suspension Hanger Kit AP233-H248
Question:
This kit should work for me. The equalizer is 5 5/8 and bolts were 9/16- hangers are 1 3/4... I already have hangers on the trailer.. I am just replacing badly worn out parts.. My shackles are the long ones! I do not think short shackles will hurt it though... I rather have same length as original..

The shackles including with trailer suspension hanger kit # AP233-H248 are 2-1/4 inches long measured from the center of one hole to the center of the other. The overall length is 3-1/2 inches.
The longest shackles we have are 3-1/2 inches long (measuring between the holes on center) at 4-3/4 inches long overall, # TRSL350. I have included a link to the shackle straps we carry. There are several lengths available.
If you just need the shackle straps and equalizers you could get them separately to save some money. The equalizer is # TREQ104 and you would need 2. Then you can get 8 shackle straps in the appropriate length you need from the list in the link.
