To attach your axles to the the frame of the car hauler you will need the Tandem-Axle Trailer Hanger Kit for Double-Eye Springs # AP233-H248. This kit includes all the hangers, equalizers, shackle straps, shackle bolts and nuts to fit your axles. I have linked an article below that will help you with positioning the axles on your trailer to ensure that you have the correct percentage of tongue weight when towing to be safe.
If you would prefer to have an upgraded suspension the Dexter E-Z Flex Suspension Kit # K71-652-00 will provide you with a cushioned equalizer, shackle straps and wet bolts. This will allow you to add Grease # L11390 to all the moving components in the suspension easily and increase the life of the parts as well as prevent binding up of the suspension due to corrosion. You will need 4 of the Hangers # 28-5 for the front and rear hangers and 2 of the Hangers # 29-31 for the center hangers.
I do want to point out that with your image it appears like you have mobile home axles. While mobile home axles are plentiful they are generally a one time use axle for getting the mobile home to its site and then discarded. If these are marked as mobile home axles you will want to check with your local laws as they are illegal to be used on the roadways in some states with a trailer other than the mobile home. If you find that they are unable to be used, I recommend the Dexter Trailer Axle w/ Electric Brakes # 6340624-EB as a great option as it is the same 3" diameter and will allow you to use your leaf springs and U-bolts that you already have.
