I just spoke with a manager who told me there was an error in the system that flipped it from expedited to USPS shipping.
Great kit put together by Dexter! I did find that the eye bolts furthest away from the equalizer were better put in with grease zerk on the inside because the factory bolts had neck ribbing and they are much easier to drive in. The other bolt can all be put in either way .
Absolutely a perfect fit. I was in a rush to make a trip to Western Colorado and Moab Utah when I noticed all my bushings were shot and had worn into the equalizers. I called Michelle and she had my parts on the way immediately. I also ended getting 4 new tires and wheels. Couldn't be more pleased with Michelle B and etrailer.com I highly recommend them. They have all the parts you need and the service is 2nd to none.

Replaced the old trailer suspension with the heavy-duty suspension kit, U-bolts, and leaf springs from etrailer. Everything fit like it should, and looks like it will last longer than I will.
Great product, had these on before a leaf spring busted on me and figured just replace all 6 springs and the hangers. Easy to grease and maintain, fit just like the originals that did not have grease-able bolts. Didn't want to reuse the bolts and nuts from the previous grease-able set I had on it, cheap insurance and peace of mind. Painted the hangers and the leaf springs to match my trailer.
Overall I’m very pleased with this heavy duty suspension kit. It fit correctly and I’m sure this wet-bolt system will be much more durable than my old dry-bolt system, which at 4 years old was showing major wear, rust, and fatigue. The reason I gave it only 4 stars was because one of the nuts stripped out under very little torque, as if it hadn’t been heat treated and hardened. The bolt was fine. I reinstalled one of my old nuts and it torqued fine to 50 ft. lbs., per Dexter specifications. All other parts were fine.
Dexter suspension kit was excellent. Added 14 more grease points which should help with wear. Very satisfied.
Bronze bushings replaced oem plastic in springs.
Very happy with the product and installation instructions. I anticipate better performance of the suspension with the greaseable brass bushings.
The hangers are thicker and more robust. The brackets fit tight so be patient. They should last the life of the trailer. Etrailer got them to me quick and they fit perfect.

Order was placed via phone and etrailer got the street address wrong but had the correct name, city and phone number on the shipping label. So I got notified by the receiving person and I went to pick it up.
The box had a lot of tape on it and it was the Dexter factory box which etrailer did not re-box or anything so once I cut though all that tape most likely put on by UPS when they discovered the box was damaged I started checking inventory and sure enough missing 3 shackle plates! I promptly called etrailer with the address mess up and loss parts due to the package not being properly prepped to go though the shipping channels. As I was leaving in a couple of day I asked it they could expedite the missing parts to me and was told no it would take a week. Well I got notice that the package was delivered to my front door but when I went out there was no package from them via ups. Ups did leave my orders from [online] and [online] but nothing from etrailer. So I emailed etrailer requesting the tracking number as they do not provide them with the shipping notice so I could see where it was delivered to thinking they got the address wrong again. Got a response email stating it was delivered! So I called and the guy said it shows UPS left it at my front door and he read off the address which was correct. Then he said while it says that it also says left at local post office! So not a great experience, I would like to see edtrailer allow you to create an acct so you can view current orders as well as past orders and provide an actual tracking number so you can get info straight from the shipping company.
Very easy to install once you get the old junk off. Major improvement. Great sales personnel. Very helpful quick and easy purchase.
Perfect product. Easy to install as long as you make sure that the trailer is well supported before banging old shackle bolts out and new ones in. Do not try to hammer the new sleeves into the spring eyes. Use a large C clamp. One of the pre-assembled shackle bolt units was slightly bent, not noticably so, but had to use some heat to install the matching plate.

It is such a great feeling that the springs are now riding on unborn shackles. The old ones were so worn that I am surprised that the springs were still connected to the chassis. Peace of mind is a great feeling.
Much better quality than the original. We like the ability to grease it. Harder than I expected it would be. Had trouble lining up the springs with hangers and had to use a come along to pull the axle into place. Tough job for a 69 year old. This is what should come on ALL new campers

Yesterday I completed the install of the Dexter Heavy Duty Suspension,
kit # K71-448-00. The included instructions were pretty good, plus I watched a few YouTube videos before beginning the install. The biggest issue was removing the old bolts from the trailer. Once that was accomplished the new parts went on easily. Now my suspension just looks stronger and with the wet bolts it should last the life of the trailer. The old plastic bushings were pretty well shot and were overdue for replacement. Thanks to etrialer for a great upgrade!
I finally got around to installing the Dexter suspension kit today ( having received it over a month ago ). Installation went very smoothly. The product looks MUCH better than the stock components that were on my Jayco trailer. I believe the capability to routinely lube the pins will make a big difference in performance and longevity. I've ordered many items from etrailer over the years and they did a great job at delivery with good pricing.
No more squeaky trailer suspension! These are HEAVY duty and give me the utmost confidence trailering cross country! I highly recommend this upgrade!

I've had a few sets of shackle straps wear out. While replacing them I noticed that the bolts and bushings were badly worn. The equalizer also had heavy wear in the center bolt hole. I decided to replace all of the lighter duty parts with this Dexter heavy duty suspension kit. These shackle straps are much heavier and all of the bushings are bronze. These are also wet bolts, so I'll be able to keep them greased and prevent wear. The parts came in a kit together and were easy to install. Shipping was fast and etrailer honored the lowest price pledge by refunding me 110% of the difference between their price and the advertised price of another seller. I definitely recommend this kit from Dexter and etrailer as the right place to get it.
This suspension kit was perfect for my Forest River Wolfpack. If you have a 40' camper you need this. It raised the rear height giving more of a level pull, stiffer turns, better off-road less roll and less bounce in the camper when setup. All campers are junk quality, so do yourself a favor and upgrade your suspension.
The parts were all the right ones and most were Dexter oem parts. The only problem I had was putting the bolts in the frame end of the spring perch. It was easier to take the spring loose from the axle, put the bolt in ,then bolt it back to the axle. I intend to buy all of my future trailer parts from etrailer.
Robust replacement parts for an RV susp ension.
Great product, great price! Included all the hardware to replace everything that wears in the spring suspension. Made a loose, very worn trailer like new. Also the bushings are greaseable now so should stay that way.
