The axles that I ordered last year are still working out great. But even better than the parts was the service I got from etrailer. It was so great working with a company who took the time to listen to my project and help me get the right parts I needed, especially coming right off the heels of a terrible experience dealing with bad information and wrong parts from a competitor. Even with some damages in shipping, the returns/ and replacements were no hassle, with most issues being quickly resolved and not even costing me any additional downtime. Not much to say, they are consistent and fit the axle tube well. Clean welding material.

Products were as advertised, worked well and installation went as planned. Accomplished task - moved under hung leaf springs to over axle (tandem drop) on older horse trailer, to regain bumper clearance - new truck sits higher than old, also allowed extended goose neck to eliminate tail gate damage, while leveling trailer (nose no longer stuck in air). I would purchase again without hesitation.

I replaced my leaf springs, drums, brakes and added the Dexter E-Z Suspension kit to my Keystone Cougar Fifth Wheel trailer last year. This was my first time working with etrailer and I can’t say enough about how well it all went from the ordering to the install.
Tammie P did a amazing job with knowing what parts would work best on my trailer. Tammie also gave me updates on my deliveries that I appreciated. I installed a set of these spring mount brackets one year ago and I am glad I purchased it from etrailer. I purchased it on line just to make sure it would work on the 1964 axle that I was going to weld it to in order to complete the install of a new set of springs that I also purchased from etrailer. Everything fit perfectly and etrailer is now my go to for all my trailer needs. George J. was very professional and knew the product(s) would work. And it did!

The seats were just what I needed Last year I moved the trailer
springs from the bottom of the axel to the top when I did I had
to turn the axel end to end it caused the trailer to wear tires out .
brakes to wear out .I am turning axel back and welding new seats
leaving hubs running right. Back to factory only on top of axel.

I am using two second hand axles for my trailer and the spring seats were in the wrong place. They were hard to find because I didn't know what to call them, but I was really grateful they were available. They will complete the installation of the axles and are sturdy and cut perfectly.

I had ordered some parts online to rebuild the suspension on one of our trailers. Customer service called me a short time later to inform me that they were out of stock on some items, they asked if it was possible to substitute some items. She was able to find the exact parts I needed in a different kit. The parts came within 3 days, very well packed, and they fit perfectly! This is the 3rd time I've ordered from etrailer and they have exceeded my expectations every time. EXCELLENT customer service and quality parts.

I recently started an new business and have purchased multiple products from etrailer.com over the last couple of months. I have been very happy with the ease of ordering and product quality. I initially ordered from several suppliers and have now starter ordering from etrailer.com only. They have the best pricing on the parts I purchase and am very happy with them!
rate the product great, because of the price and availability, was shipped fast, faster then I needed. These perches can go for as much as 7 times the price at trailer supply place in town. The bad the shipping was a bit steep, flat rate could have been a lot cheaper.
the bracket helped raise the trailer 5 1/2" allowing for more clearance going in and out of parking lots but mainly off road into the mountains. Working alone the project took maybe 4 hours.
The suspension parts were exactly what I needed. Always a pleasure to do business with etrailer.
