Question:
What is the speed rating for a trailer king ST235/80R16?

We do not carry that brand of tire here but the load range E ST235/80R16 trailer tires we do carry, all shown on the linked page, are offered in various speed ratings.
As examples, the Kenda Karrier # AM10248 is rated J for 65-mph while the Westlake # LHWL401 carries an L speed rating, 75-mph. The Taskmaster # TTWTRTM2358016E has an M speed rating, good up to 81-mph. This letter code will be indicated on the sidewall any trailer tire. The Trailer King tire TKS24 is L-rated for 75-mph according to the online information I found.
The most important considerations for ensuring the longest possible life for a trailer tire are making sure it is inflated properly to the full psi pressure indicated on the tire sidewall, not overloaded beyond its weight capacity and not operated beyond its rated speed. Failure to observe any of these limits will result in excessive heat build-up which is a tire's worst enemy.
