The Kenda 205/75D14 fits perfectly on your dump trailer. It's a 14 inch wheel but that's what you currently have because when you measure the diameter of a wheel you measure from one bead seat to the other. Not the entire diameter of the wheel.
You might consider part # AM32153 instead. It's a radial tire instead of a bias tire and radials are better for highway use. If you primarily tow on-road then I'd go with the radials. They flex more than bias tires and have better contact with the road and therefore wear more evenly. Bias tires are better for more agricultural trailers that are off-road more often. With that being said. This radial also has a higher capacity than the bias tire even though they're the same load range.
Your current tires are bias but this could be of their age. Bias tires used to be way more common than radial so that might explain why it has bias tires.
