The etrailer-branded ball mount kit I ordered was back-ordered for a month, which was fine. Eventually Ashley E told me it would be a _second_ month. Not fine. She helped me configure a new order of third party parts. Shipped in one day. Great! Not great: Parts were just thrown in a box with no protection. UPS did their usual thing. Paint was chipped in a couple of places; would surely rust. I'll shoot these spots with some spray paint before installation. Hope that's a fix. I can't afford to diddle with a return.
Ordered the ball mount on Thurs and it arrived Monday. George emailed me Friday and said thanks for ordering again, I had ordered a full hitch the week before, so he expedited shipping on this item. I have ordered many times from etrailer and they have never disappointed. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Not a problem with the product. Just between the receiver and the trailer hitch assembly, there wasn't any pin to hold the pieces together. I was hoping it was all complete, but now I have to find the pin the holds everything together when towing. Not an end of world, but an annoyance.

Trailer hitch has performed like a champ. Towed my boat flawlessly. The installation was very easy to do. Only problem was the dirt in the cars threads which had to be tapped out but that was not the hitch installations problem.

I had trouble finding a 4-3/4" rise at any local stores. Etrailer shipped it out in a reasonable amount of time. Using this to pull a small trailer behind a Toyota Sienna and needed the 4-3/4" rise.
Packaging needs some thought. 2" ball was coming out the side of the box when it was received.
Ashley was able to help us order what we needed for our hitch quickly and easily. Also available on the website was a link that showed how to install the hitch and attach the wiring.
Part of my order was lost, the friendly people at etrailer were kind and courteous. They helped me by replacing my lost item. I will always be a satisfied customer from now on! Great job!!!!
Good to buy a product that's EXACTLY as described. The 4 3/4" rise is what I needed. I previously bought a "Curt" mount from a local store and the actual rise was a full 1/2" different than what the decal on the mount stated. This DrawTite has clean looking welds and a nice finish. Angled cut makes inserting smooth. I appreciate that the large sticky decal peels off cleanly.
Well made, nice coating and fits perfectly of course. I have a tall truck and needed to match my OHV hauler and this was a perfect choice and is the perfect height. I appreciate that etrailer always has what I need - always the perfect product.

I have to take it to someone to screw the ball on to get it to the appropriate torque but..... seems very solid!!!! I wish it could have come already put together.
