For my last vehicle, I had to modify and trim some of the bumper fascia. Will I need to do the same to install the Drawtite hitch on my 2020 Honda Passport?

The Curt hitch part #C13421 that fits your 2019 Honda Passport will not interfere with the hands-free liftgate feature. You will likely have to kick your foot to one side of the receiver as opposed to the middle but that would be it.

Brophy mounting bracket #BK4F is designed to fit a standard 4-Way flat trailer connector so I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work with Hopkins wiring harness #HM43575.
