Very heavy duty, worthy of its rating. Same durable finish that's on my other Curt hitches. Ball comes assembled to hitch so you don't need those huge wrenches to torque it down. Only down-side, I can't seem to make my etrailer e99007 anti-rattle hitch stabilizer fit without minor modifications.

Parts arrived as ordered, I don't understand why shipment took i believe 3 days to ship out of your location, but it was recieved in good condition, the box was ripped and beat up pretty good, but product because it eas all steel was ok. Part fits the way it's designed to, so all is good.

- What Drop Ball Mount is Needed for Hitch 22 inches from Ground and Coupler 16 inches From GroundThanks for getting me the coupler and hitch height of your setup. Based on that you'd need a 6 inch drop ball mount. So for a 2 inch ball mount that has the correct amount of drop you'd want the # C45064 which comes with a 2 inch hitch ball installed as well as a hitch pin and clip.

Excellent product. No issues at all with the ball mount and ball. I appreciate the follow-through by etrailer. Just the fact they inquired about my satisfaction speaks highly of the company. As for shipping complaints I read about? That is really out of their hands. By now we all likely have shipping horror stories whether one uses USPS, UPS or FedEx. The product quality is top notch and customer service is great. I will order from etrailer again. I wish they installed trailer hitches as well.
