When you say you have 44 inches from the widest point, I believe you are referring to 44 inches up from the widest point of the A-frame towards the tailgate. I did some research and you do not have much clearance in the wheel well. As a result, you will need a Class S compatible snow tire chain. It is designed to fit tires that do have tight tolerances. Your owner's manual mentions that you can cause damage to your braking system and suspension if you use snow tire chains that are too big.
