Yes, the Draw-Tite Class III Hitch # 75122 will still allow you to store your full-size 16-inch spare tire under the vehicle after hitch installation.
I have linked several hitch install articles as well as a video to illustrate the process of mounting this hitch. It comes with all required hardware.
If you need a 4-pole wiring harness you can use # C55411 from Curt. The recommended ball mount is part # C45010 and with it you can use hitch ball # 63845 if you need a 2-inch ball, or hitch... view full answer...
There is a trailer hitch I can confirm will fit your 2001 Chevy Astro van, but the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13902 is not a custom fit, it is essentially a universal fit and while it will likely work on your van, there is a much, much better option.
I strongly recommend instead the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75122 which is designed to fit your 2001 Chevy Astro and will bolt right on. This will be a much easier, simpler install and will fit even if your van has a... view full answer...

We do have a variety of Inno roof rack options for the raised rails on your 2005 Chevy Astro. Out of the linked selection I recommend using the aero-style crossbars that sit on top of the feet so you can capitalize on the full length of the crossbars:
57" Aero Crossbars - # INXB145-2
Through Feet - # INXS150
If you let me know what you were planning on using this roof rack for I'd be more than happy to make another recommendation! view full answer...
I did some research on 37042 that you referenced and its a Reese trailer hitch that worked with the Chevy Astro Extended Body 1990-2005. It's currently obsolete now.
The Draw-Tite # 24773 you also have referenced will only fit 2006-2010 Mazda 5's so I wouldn't recommend this for your 2004 Chevy Astro Van.
The most popular hitch we currently offer for your 2004 Astro Cargo Van is the Draw-Tite # 75122. It's a Class-III hitch and has a towing capacity of 5,000 pounds and tongue weight of... view full answer...
The Curt Class III hitch # C13035 will very likely have interference with a full-size spare, but we do offer both 1-1/4-inch Class II and other 2-inch Class III hitches that do not have this fit issue.
The included link will show you three choices in a 1-1/4-inch Class II hitch.
If you prefer a 2-inch Class III that does NOT cause spare tire interference you can use Draw-Tite # 75122. An install video on an Astro van is linked for reference. view full answer...
We do not have any Blue Ox base plates available for your 2000 Chevrolet Astro but we do have Roadmaster base plates that can use adapters to connect to some Blue Ox tow bars.
If your Astro has 2-wheel drive, part # 3138-1 is the correct base plate kit. If you have either the Blue Ox Alpha, Aventa, Aventa II, Aventa LX, Kar Bar, Aladdin, Alexxa, or Acclaim for your tow bar, you can then use the Roadmaster Base Plate to Blue Ox Tow Bars Adapter # RM-033. For this to work you'll also need... view full answer...
The Yakima EXO SwingBase Swing Away Hitch Extender, # Y34VR Does not include a cargo carrier. It is the basic component only, that can hold a variety of modular components including a cargo carrier. If you want this part and an enclosed carrier, you could get this with the Yakima EXO Swing Away Enclosed Cargo Carrier # Y62VR.
This should work great on your Astro as long as it has a 2" hitch. It swings out and away from the vehicle, leaving you room to lift your gate.

TheDraw-Tite Max-Frame Class III Trailer Hitch, item # 75122, will fit the standard chassis Chevrolet Astro as well as the extended Chassis. I spoke with my contact at Hidden Hitch and on the 2000 model Astro with a standard chassis the spare tire will fit under the vehicle with the hitch installed.
Only on older vans from 1985 to 1994 was there an issue where the spare tire would not fit in the factory location. All this is predicated on the assumption that the spare tire on your van... view full answer...
I do have a roof rack that will work for you but we currently do not have a ladder rack available for your 2004 Chevy Astro at this time. For an aluminium roof rack that will allow you to carry an aluminum ladder on the roof of your Astro, I recommend the Malone AirFlow2 Roof Rack part # MPG216. As long as your Chevy Astro has factory raised side rails and your ladder does not exceed 165 lbs then these crossbars will work well for you.
The crossbars will not require you to drill or bolt... view full answer...
According to Curt, their # C13035 Class III hitch fits all models of the 1999 Chevy Astro, be it a passenger or a cargo van. If your van has a 16 inch spare tire, you might need to relocate the spare. The Draw-Tite Class III, part # 75122 is compatible with a 16 inch spare, so you might want to go that route instead.
Assuming your Astro uses the stock tire size, you'll need a # 2753 ball mount, a # PC3 hitch pin and a # 19260 for a 1-7/8 or # 63845 for a 2 inch hitch ball. For a trailer... view full answer...
If your flip-down tongue jack is mounted on the outside of your trailer frame, you will not be able to mount the Reese Friction Style Sway-Control System, part # 83660, on the same side. The friction sway-control system will mount to the frame of the trailer.
I would recommend mounting part # 83660 on the opposite side of your jack. I have linked instructions for the Reese Friction Style Sway-Control System, part # 83660, and an FAQ on weight distribution and sway control. view full answer...

The deer alert is weather resistant enough to be used on a motorcycle. But, I advise that you protect it from the elements as much as possible.
Deer will not discriminate between passenger vehicles and motorcycles, so if you can mount and install it on the bike then it would be a good idea. I have a co-worker here who had a friend get hit by a deer while riding so it can happen. view full answer...
