Correct Adapter for Titan BrakeRite Electric Over Hydrualic Actuator on 2015 Chevy Silverado 2500
Question:
2006 titan brake rite not working on 2015 chevy 2500hd. Good afternoon. I have chevy 2500hd 2015 with factory installed brake controller. It is not recognizing my titan brake rite II electric over hydraulic brake actuator. I purchased the ford chevy plug and play adapter and still nothing. Any ideas?

So you said you have a 2006 BrakeRite II electric over hydraulic actuator, but it looks like you bought the Titan BrakeRite SD Adapter # T4845900. Do you have the Severe Duty actuator? I ask because if not then you would need to hardwire in the adapter.
As for ideas, the best idea is absolutely to replace the sub-par factory brake controller to an aftermarket brake controller that is higher in quality and compatible with electric over hydraulic brakes, such as the Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller # 90195 with Wiring Harness # 3016.
