This is a high quality product that was easy to install on 2-craft PWC trailer. An impact driver worked the best. It is very solid and mounted to a 4.75" aluminum I-frame. The 3 threaded stock for the lugs worked as expected for my 5 lug wheel.
The extra offset of this spare tire carrier is perfect for smaller boats with shallower hulls. A typical carrier wouldn't work with my boat and trailer combination. etrailer.com makes finding and buying the right product fast and easy.

Its been a year and still working great!
Really liked the mount but I'm not strong enough to lift and hold the while at the angle while applying lug nuts. Replaced with extended vertical mount since room was available. This one, however, was built better and would have been my preference if I were strong enough to put the wheel on it without sitting on the ground using my knees, chin, and arms to hold it while putting on the lug nuts. Super for what it does.
This mount is perfect! I have a Tracker Pro 170 and the trailer isn't huge and has a folding tongue. I wanted an angled mount that would keep the spare tire away from the hull so I wouldn't run the risk of hitting the tire when putting the boat back on the trailer. This mount is EXACTLY what the doctor ordered. It was super easy to install and I can still fold the tongue enough to where I can still fit the boat in my garage.
NOTE: The front photo doesn't do justice to just how much room there is between the hull and the spare.

Still very happy with this spare tire carrier.
Well built, fast delivery. The best spare tire mount I could find that would fit my Sea Ray 185 Sport with factory spec Shorelander trailer. Easy installation.
Spare tire holder works great. I have a 6 hole rim, but it also fits some 5 hole rims too. Puts your tire at an angle to avoid marks on the hull.
Been trying to build one of these for a while now ! This is just what i wanted ! Well made ! Put together in about 15 minutes including mounting spare . Would recomend if you can't mount under trailer or on the side straight up !! Thanks for taking the hassle out of mounting my spare !!!!
Very good product. I needed to front mount the spare without it being in the way. Easy to install and to secure tire; using on a 16' Crestliner/shorelandr trailer. Photo wouldn't upload, but similar to others I've seen.
Quality product that solve my spare tire storage problem
Installed easy after I changed the stud configuration to 6 hole. Didn't realize had to use hammer to get studs removed from 3-4 hole to 6. Instructions did say to remove, just wasn't sure how. Once I did that it is working great.
Again, very knowledgeable and helpful ordering process. Package arrived today but I am sure it is going to be perfect for my boat trailer.
Perfect offset tire carrier! Seems to be very strong and comes with fully threaded thick bolts to accommodate all trailer frame widths. The tire mounting studs are fastened to the plate unlike others that are held on by a flimsy tinnerman nut. And what it does best is hold my spare tilted away from my boats hull. Great product! Havent had a flat tire tire yet however still holding up still looks good.
Great product !! Arrived on time, undamaged with all parts. Simple installation with a box wrench and a ratchet wrench. The self locking "hat nuts" were a pleasant surprise and simplified installation while making the long term use more secure. Best of all, the angle of the tire mount provided the clearance I needed to (try to) avoid a collision with my boat when retrieving it from the water.

It is continuing to provide great service holding the spare in place.
I couldn't use a straight spare tire bracket on my boat trailer, so I bought this angled spare tire bracket along with a spare tire and tire cover. I was very pleased with the email updates on the shipping status and that it arrived pretty quickly (~3 to 4 days) free shipping. The bracket is very good quality. I had to do some trial and error on the location I placed the bracket on the trailor to avoid having the tire touch the ground (learned the hard way the first time, did some cosmetic damage to the tire cover). Looks good when fully installed, and came in handy two weeks after I got it - flat tire on a major highway. Make sure your you have the correct lug nut wrench. My vehicle lug nut wrench did not match the trailor lug nut size.
Great spare tire mount. I have a V hull Lund fishing boat and the traditional vertical mount that I purchased previously did not allow for me to see the side trailering light on the wheel well when mounted. So, I decided to give this one a try, and it did the trick. I was able to mount it further toward the front of the trailer, avoid any contact with the hull, and now can see my running lights! Thanks e-trailer!

I ended up with this mount as it was recommended to me by Etrailer staff. The first mount I purchased did not give enough clearance on my boat trailer. This turned out to be just what I needed, perfect angle with the boat. Very solid, nice finish. I did have problems with the mounting nuts and bolts that were included; they did not thread properly. Etrailer staff offered to send replacement hardware but due to time constraints had to buy the hardware locally. Kudos to Etrailer staff for taking care of me to the end.
I ordered a spare tire holder for my boat trailer. The tire holder needed to be angled away from the boat on the trailer. I found exactly what I was looking for on etrailer.com, but it was expensive! I found out why it cost so much when the trailer holder arrived...the product was made with excellent workmanship and material, I was very surprised by the quality of this item.
The sales team at etrailer was very professional and helpful...since my initial order I have no ordered other items and have been very happy with the online help I have received.
Bolts very difficult to advance but secure well once on. Very solid product.
The item is very sturdy and well constucted. I intended to use the item on the body of the trailer, but had to put it on the tongue instead. The angle of the arm from the mount is not steep enough. Once the tire was on, there was only about 10 inches of clearance from the groung to the tire. Some boat ramps are too steep and the tire appeared that it might rub.
The manufacturer need to increase the angle so that the arm is higher and the spare has at least 12-14" between the tire and the ground.
Arrived early. Worked perfectly. Very impressed.

The spare tire carrier is working out great! All of my launches are in salt water and holding up very well to the salt water.
