Adjustable riser working great on my motorhome. Was towing a pickup, and switched to a wrangler this year and was able to adjust my tow height to natch up with the jeeps tow bracket. Great product.
When we got our new RV and were a few days away form our first trip where we would be flat towing our truck, we realized that we needed a drop hitch receiver adapter to be able to flat tow properly. We couldn't find it locally and etrailer got it to us in 2 days (1 day to spare). We were very grateful. our calls to customer service to ask about timely delivery was also excellent; the team was very caring. We have used etrailer in the past and will continue to do so.
Absolute must if you have a roll pan as it allows the tag to be visible so you don't have to remove the hitch every time and moves the trailer off the truck.
Had wrote a longer review but screen reloaded biggest thing is it works meets measurements and the piece on the end will take any regular shank as the one I had purchased from Walmart came with a 3 ball shankbut it was shortened to fit the hole so only that shank was compatible with the Walmart hitch
When I ordered it the scheduled delivery date was 2 days earlier than when receiving it.
I would have not ordered it knowing that it would not show up until today. We had to move the conveyor before your hitch showed up. looks like it is well built but haven't actually used it.
Nice solid product, but the shank is not as "large" as the blue ox tow bar, so there is a lot of slop in the connection. The shank is also rounded, which means that even with the blue ox hitch stabilizer, there is still slop.
Exactly what I needed and delivered super fast with regular shipping.
Screw hole wasn’t treaded properly or was painted over. Steve Denker in the Blue Ox customer service department wishes me luck in borrowing a tap and fixing their manufacturing issue myself. Not what I expect from blue ox. Was going to return and hope they got the next one right, but not the right thing to do for the supply chain or the environment, so I’ll buy a tap and get it done.
Couldn't use it. It changes the leverage point from trailer and if you don't have air bags or air shocks, the rear of the truck end up being lower than what's wanted.
Very heavily made, no welds to fail
Easy to DIY installation with provided instruction manual.
Price point is a bit higher than expected, even though the design and material appear to be high quality.
Order actually arrived a few days early which worked out great.
Great product. I am surprised how far it sticks out from the back of the truck. The hitch pin could have been closer to the main part of the hitch. It works fine as is though. Very well made.
This is a great product. The only issue I have is due to the type of material the hatch is made it has accumulated a little rust over the past year.
Called and spoke to Michelle, was very knowledgeable, helpful in looking up additional details and specifications.

Just wish it could be a couple inches taller but great fit and looks solid/strong. Once I finish with the supplemental brakes and lights wiring, this should serve me well for many years to come

I wasnt able to use it. Blue Ox told me max two devices in the RV receiver AND maximum 12 2nd device collar to RV receiver collar. Had to remove it and lower mounting points on my Jeep.
