We can definitely help set you up to flat tow your 2023 Ford Escape PHEV. I will start with a list of parts, then I will include some important side notes.

Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM77GR
etrailer SD Non-Binding Tow Bar # e74ZR
Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267
Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit # RM-156-25
Demco SBS Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System # SM99251
Roadmaster Brake-Lite Relay Kit # RM-88400
Roadmaster Universal Stop Light Switch Kit # RM-751000
Demco Tow Bar Cover # DM9523042
etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock # e98882

Important notes:

The RM-88400 relay is required to prevent the towed vehicle's brake signal from overriding the turn signal from the RV when applying the brakes during a turn. A Charge Line Kit is also required to prevent the vehicles battery from draining.

Installation of the Diode Kit will require removal of the tail light assemblies.

If installing a supplemental braking system, once the vehicle is in Tow Mode, you MUST wait approximately ten minutes for the vehicle to enter Sleep Mode. If you do not wait for it to enter Sleep Mode, the vehicle will overbrake, causing severe, non-warranty damage to the vehicle's brakes and/or tires. Please refer to your owner's manual and make sure you thoroughly read and understand all of the information regarding flat towing.

You may need a drop hitch like part # BLU28XR to compensate for any height differences between the base plate and the hitch on your motorhome.

I have linked a few relevant install videos below if you want to take a closer look.
