Can A Second Receiver Tube Be Added to the Blue Ox Adjustable Drop Hitch Receiver Adapter

Question:

Can an additional receiver be purchased for this item? I’m looking to mount a winch on a receiver mount and a trailer ball at the same time. I would only use one at a time so I don’t need much overall strength. I just two individual hitch receivers that are each capable of 5000 pounds of pulling, one at a time. Previously I’ve been recommended by e-trailer to use item #: 325-GH-214 but that is overkill for my needs. Item D-210 is not strong enough, because the top mount is intended for merely a bike rack. The image I attached is the general idea of what I’m trying to accomplish on a budget. I need the trailer attached to my vehicle, using my vehicle as an anchor while I winch a load onto it. Sounds simple enough but apparently few have tried this, heh heh. Maybe there’s a good reason that I’m not smart enough to see. Thank you very much for your assistance. I don't have a way to add a second receiver to the Blue Ox Adjustable Drop Hitch Receiver Adapter part # BLU28XR but if you like the Gen-Y Adjustable 2-Ball Mount w/ Stacked Receivers part # 325-GH-214 option, there's another more cost effective version of this. It's the Gen-Y Rebel Ball Mount part # GY72FR which has the same offset stacked receiver design so you can place something in the upper receiver and tow with the bottom.
