I purchased a lifted 2020 Jeep Gladiator equipped with aftermarket JCR bumpers. The challenge was towing my boats. The Patriot hitch with solid steel shaft provided the basis for a solution. The JCR bumper has a hidden hitch receiver up against the spare tire in such a way to preclude the use of the standard hitch pin hole. To solve the problem of the receiver hidden behind the license plate I mounted the upper portion of the hitch upside down. M&G Trailer of MN solved the pin hole problem by drilling a 2nd pin hole in the solid steel shaft. This pin hole is inside the bumper just behind the spare. I installed the lower portion of the hitch to provide the maximum drop needed to align with the boat trailer. The result has proven effective with no distortion in the bumper or the hitch.

very well manufactures, clean good welds, good paint and finish, and all the pins needed for use, i use it on my tractor bucket to quickly move trailers arounf the property

It is great pulled our camper a lot of miles and it is working perfectly for us. Very well built great quality. Would buy again.

Great! It lowers my bike rack a foot.
Great product, very happy with the quality. I like this so much better than a drop shank. I can use any shank with this and it will always work. I'm super happy! Delivery was delayed, that is only issue. Burt if you are not in a hurry to get it, get it! It is a great product!
Bought one a year ago. Pulled my race trailer to Calif, Florida several times. A year later this drop hitch is still in new condition. This hitch is remarkable. Well built, strong..very strong, easy to adjust when needed and I highly recommend it, takes up far less space then having a shelf full of various sized ball hitches.

2 years with this hitch and it is still like new. Still works like new and still use it to tow a race trailer. So easy to adjust height.

A year later and paint is still in place - no rust. Outstanding products.
I needed the 11" rise due to a lift kit on my Ford Bronco in order to flat tow behind our RV and this did the trick!

Works perfectly!! I use it to back a trailer with a lifted F450 into a tight garage…just what I needed…lots of adjustability on height for different applications. Perfect!
It may be overkill, but it gets my Thule bike rack at a workable level when I am not towing my small toy hauler trailer. The bike rack's ramp is now at a level where the its incline works for my heavy electric bike. I was having to lift it into place at the truck's hitch receiver's height.

Has the adaptability I was looking for. Use it for utility trailer. Also use for garbage transport down long driveway by taking advantage of vehicle air ride suspension system.
I needed to lower 5" for my motorcycle rack this is the only hitch with a 700lbs rating. Built solid worked great for what I needed. I question durability of the set screws/anti movement screws, otherwise it will suit my needs!!!!!

Great product! Very easy to use and very heavy duty. I use it to lower the height of my electric bike rack on my pick up. Much easier to load a 60# bike.
The drop hitch appears to be of quality, rugged construction. I expect it to serve my purposes very well.
Perfect hitch for my application. Quality product. They even included an Allen wrench for my keychain to tighten the shim bolts.
It was just what I needed! Put a receiver hitch on the front of my pickup to haul 2 bicycles, but they stuck up too high to see to drive. Works great!
I no longer need product, was unable to cancel order even though it was not even shipped. I waited until product got here, called to get a return slip. I am being charged over $35 for shipping. It is a 60 day return policy and its been day one. I should not have to pay for shipping when I am returning it within the 60 days.
