I just spoke with my rep at Timbren to get the Torque spec's for the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System item # TTORTUN4. She said that they do not specifically list Torque specifications because each part isn't specific to any certain manufacturer. You will want to hand tighten the bolt and then tighten it to 30-35 ft-lbs but make sure you stop before the metal bends. view full answer...

For a wiring harness that requires a direct connection to the battery, like # 118653, for the 2012 Nissan Murano, the harness will not work unless the battery connection is made. The trailer lights get their power from the battery so if not connected the trailer lights will not work.
The harness has not been tested for any other connection and is not rated to connect anywhere but the battery. Connecting it anywhere else, since not tested, would end up voiding the harness warranty.

The Thule EasyFold XT 2 E-Bike Platform Rack part # TH903202 uses the Thule stinger system that does have the thinner pin. The design of the thin pin is simply to align the pin holes and index them. The knob on the back is what is actually holding the rack solid and in place. The pin of course helps but the main 'hold" is in the anti-rattle system.
