How to Wire a Tekonsha Voyager Brake Controller # 39510 to a 2012 Nissan Armada
Question:
I have 5 wires for the factory harness and only 4 on the brake controller what am I supposed to do with the wire labeled FUSED B+? I am connecting the red green brake signal to the red wire black to white GRND brwn/wht to blue and red/blu to black. Should I be connecting the red fused B+inch with the red/blue to the black?

You're very close, to see how your Tekonsha Voyager part # 39510 should install to the factory wiring of your 2012 Nissan Armada check out the chart I attached that shows how it all connects.
The red/blue wire you found will not be used, that is the third brake light circuit and is not needed. The B+ wire SHOULD be a red wire and will be the 12 volt circuit and would get run to the black wire of your controller.
