We have not yet had a chance to install the Air Lift AirLift 1000 Air Helper Springs # AL60806 on the Nissan Quest so unfortunately we do not have an install video available. These springs though are confirmed to fit your 2005 model Quest and will simply mount inside the rear coil spring suspension.

I have attached images of the installation steps for this kit that you can take a look at so you can see exactly what the process entails.
