Product is still working perfectly! Even after being left out in the rain, being yanked out by accident, and surviving mud after being ped in it!

I ordered wiring for my 2008 highlander trailer brake and blinker hook up. When I opened the box with all my parts everything was there. I needed a small wire loop and it was there as well. Your [installation] video showed me step by step instructions on how to install all the parts. Certainly no problems.

I ended up cutting off the plug to shorten the harness. Still happy with the setup.
