I was surprised when I found a mounting bracket for the plug end which will help reduce the stretching and sagging of the trailer plug harness.
Purchased as a direct replacement for an older version that had degraded in the sun and the wire jacket which provides the coil effect had disintegrated. Easy to replace and works great. Only complaint is the threads on the collar fitting that attaches the cable to the bracket on the trailer side are not long enough. You can only catch a few threads with the plastic nut to tighten the collar on my ram-lin trailer.
