The hitch and ball mount were exactly as described. Delivery & communication were excellent. My mechanic installed it without a "hitch" (haha)!
I'm giving this company an excellent review. We received our product and one part of it was 1/8 of an inch from fitting properly. I called customer service and the lady I spoke with was very helpful. They went through all the hitches like this that they had and figured out the problem. She sent me a new one free and it worked great! Thanks for the awesome service!
