Adapter is solid. I used it to raise up the cargo basket since I have a lower riding vehicle. Still have to take it very easy over speed bumps but without the rise I would def be hitting the basket on the ground in my vehicle. Works great with the another rattle hitch lock and curt trailer hitch for my 2010 Honda insight. Thank you!

I was looking for something like this for my 1 1/4 Reciever.
My biggest concern was your 2 inch Adapter would hit the Car's rear Rubber Bumper....it cleared by 1/4 inch on my 2016 Ford Focus, so I'm happy.
I think I purchased the Trailer Hitch from your company, and use it for a Bicycle Rack.
With this Adapter, I can look into other Hitch Accessories.

I only had one problem. I can't get the adapter all of the way in because in runs into the bumper. The fit is very tight and I am sure it will work as long as I use a supporting chain.

The hitch was easy to install, took about 10 minutes. The 1 1/4 inch to 2 inch adapter didn’t go all the way into the 1 1/4” hole. I dad to grind it down to fit then I repainted it, I hope it does not rust , that will make it really stick,

You would need to measure from the center of your hitch pin hole out to the outer edge of your bumper. If that dimension is less than 2-3/4 inches this would fit without hitting the bumper.

Since 1-1/4" hitch receivers aren't too strong in the first place, manufacturers don't want to build adapters like this too high strictly from a safety point of view. The higher you go the more torque will be placed on the receiver and the more likelihood of something being damaged.

To be honest it needs to have a longer toung where the pin goes through. Wont fit because of it being so short so had to drill a second pin hole which puts it close to the 1st pin hole.
