Today were going to review part number DL21754. This is the Dutton-Lainson Boat Trailer Standard Roller Bunk which is four foot long. These Dutton-Lainson Roller Bunks will provide a quick, easy and inexpensive way to upgrade your bunk-style trailers to rollers. They feature a special non-marking roller with a durable wear-resistant inner surface and a soft boat cushioning outer surfaced. This design can be mounted directly to the top of your existing wooden bunks. It is recommended if you do that to use a stainless steel mounting screws.
Itll help in the corrosion resistance. Now also, if you wanted to remove the wooden bunks on your trailer, you can use the optional roller bunk bracket which is part number DL21762 and thats what installs if you remove your wooden roller bunks. Basically, this roller bunk has pre-drilled holes in it so if you go to install this on your regular roller bunk, wooden bunk, you just lay this on top, mark your holes and drill it through and then bolt it to the wooden bunk. If you dont have the wooden bunks or you want to remove the wooden bunks then you can still use these holes but you just use this bunk bracket and basically what that is, it will sit in here and the bolt will go through here and then you can use this bracket to attach it to your trailer with these adjustable slided holes on it. It is recommended to use two of these brackets for each roller bunk.
So in this case, with the two, you will need four brackets. This part is constructed of a 14-gauge steel and has a black powder-coat finish. The rollers on it are free to pivot and they roll to help align with the boat hull. Comes with two rollers and theres five sets for each four foot length so thatd be 10 rollers on each one. And on this part number, you get actually two four-foot bunk rollers.
So that would be 10 sets of two rollers. The combined weight capacity of these two bunk rollers is 2500 pound boat capacity, weight capacity. And again, each roller bunk is four foot long and two inches wide. This part is made in the USA. That should do it for review on part number DL21754.

With a little trailer modification that only took about an hour, so far they look and work great. Have not launched in water yet but reloaded the boat from dry ground with no problems. I would highly recommend this product.

These are heavy duty items. I replaced two wooden bunks with these. I managed to get the screw holes to line up with the existing brackets. I did have to file a hole a bit bigger on one bracket. I decided to adjust all the other 3 rollers on the trailer also, so be prepared for adjusting everything. The screw holes fit 3/8" bolts. They do not come with any bolts. Have not actually used it yet but I can push my 14' boat off and on by hand now.

Product fits my trailer needs perfectly. It was just as advertised, and the product videos and responses to other writers were very helpful in guiding my decision. I installed the Roller bunks as soon as received and placed them right in service. My hovercraft rides perfectly on them.

Replaced the bunk boards and could not believe how much easier it is to launch my boat. Most of the lakes i fish in WA state are very shallow and with these rollers i don't need to back my truck in the water to launch my boat.

I fish the small Ozark rivers, I have a 18' paddle jon and I fish alone sometimes these roller bunks made loading and launching very easy even by myself, now a year later and there has not been a single problem with the bunks I am very pleased

The roller bunks seem to be as represented. They appear to be well made of heavy steel and are nicely finished. Brief but suitable installation instructions and suggestions were included. Though they only arrived yesterday and have not yet been installed, I am expecting years of use out of therm. Three stars only because I have not yet installed or used them. If they perform the way I think they will it will be worth another star or two.

I did not use the product for converting a bunk trailer, although it would be an easy conversion. The rollers pivot to adjust to the boats hull which is cool. (I did not realize this when ordering) I made a parking spot for an old fishing boat to get it out of the water yet still right by shore for easy use. The product worked better than I expected for my plan.

The rollers were delivered on time with no damage to the packaging. I've yet to install them but they are sturdier than I thought they'd be. I'll amend this review after I install them and use them but right now I'm impressed.

I have a small 15 aluminum boat that when loaded weighs about 450 lbs. I used a set of these rollers as a one for one replacement for bunks. I was looking for something to make loading the boat easier as Im partially disabled. Best thing I could have done! Great rollers!!! Just be careful launching the boat and dont disconnect the boat until the trailer is in deep enough water to float the boat as it slides off too easy!!! Best mod Ive done to my boat trailer.
