I have had the stabilizers, and this rod for a year now. It works very well to help you Jack the stabilizers up tight. I think it should just come with the stabilizer Jack, but since it does not you should order one if you instal new stabilizers of this type.

I'm only giving this a 2-star because it's just a single piece of steel that if you buy TWO or more should be free. Their price on the stabilizer jacks are AWESOME though, that's why I bought them from etrailer!!1175131

Unfortunately the 2 stabilizer jacks arrived damaged. They were not wrapped in protective covering at all. They were thrown in the box loose and a piece of paper was thrown in the box. Both were scratched. On one of the jacks the foot was bent badly. This was not caused by the lack of wrap, rather it was bent and throw in the box anyway. I had made the decision to buy from etrailer ( I'm a past customer) because I read a bad review from another company that had the same 2 jacks for $[XX] less, but the review said they were not wrapped and were scratched when they arrived. Guess he/she now works for you. With all that said, once your customer service phone was answered, the gentleman, very nice and professional, set-up a return of the damaged jacks and scheduled to send new replacements right away. That is acceptable. Fingers crossed the new ones are packaged appropriately.1159074

Rod bent when used hard, no better than a piece of rebar I was using. Why wasnt this included with Jacks?!

I had bought a new Shasta Airflyte Trailer and like a novice RV buyer, didn't go to the dealer to get a full tour of what everything is and how it works. When it was delivered to my door, the driver said they dealer had forgot to include the Jack Handle Bar to adjust the levels of the drop down Stabilizers. He pulled one out from his truck and showed me how to adjust the Stabilizers. He said he would tell the dealer when he got home that it was missing. After not hearing from the dealer, I contacted them and they said there was no such thing. 12 emails letter with pictures, I think I have convinced them that it does exist. I bought one from you all, it was here in no time so I could adjust my trailer. I sent pictures of your product and website to the dealer. Said maybe it could help them out to understand what it was they were dealing with!380970

This isn't actually a replacement rod. The jacks never came with a rod so I needed this (or find one locally). It does work as intended.903707
